Raising Hell-o: Speak Of The Devil

There are a number of things that make a good radio show, and some of the best shows come from e-mails I get from listeners. After last nights’ show about demon possession through trans-generational trauma, I received a lot of e-mails and Facebook posts from people who said that they believe their lives have been haunted by a force they cannot define. Others already conceded the force is malevolent and that their lives have been plagued in the past with abusive relationships and broken homes because of religious or satanic abuse.

All of these e-mails and messages have in most cases defined what is happening to them is satanic in nature, others say that it is a spiritual drain on their lives and others say they have been known to lose sleep because of shadowy figures that appear to them, or phone calls they receive and even messages they get on their computers while using Skype.

The well-known psychiatrist and psychotherapist, Carl Jung, had expressed that all humans have inherited a set of primordial images that are buried deep in the collective unconscious. These are called, “Archetypes” and they tend to remain buried within the unconscious mind. Deep down, we respond to them and they are programmed into us through religion, art, literature and films. The shadow archetype is the most dangerous one of all. Shadow archetypes have tendency to invade thoughts and when those shadowy thoughts become “group think” there is the possibility that through some quantum trick a manifestation can take place.

The shadow archetype becomes a real breathing entity fortified with the group think that prolongs its life and its image can be a harbinger to some other event that will eventually cause hardship.

Dr. Carol S. Pearson who has developed her own archetypical methods has stated that shadow archetypes surface at times when we as a collective are worried about the future.

It seems that shadow archetypes are here to carry out our destruction and if they become autonomous egregores we must pay attention to them and try to eliminate or at least protect ourselves from their influences.

According to Pearson, each and every person has a death wish that can ultimately hurt them and the much larger society. Pearson further adds, “Even the healthiest individual will do or say things that hurt other people. Ultimately, the Destroyer turns us into villains when we refuse to acknowledge and take responsibility for the harm we do and we all do harm of some kind.”

This once again furthers the point of what I touched on last night.

Trauma has been found to be responsible for something that is called epigenetic change where trauma affects the chemical markers for genes rather than the gene itself.

Scientists have long-known that parents pass genetic traits down to their children. New research suggests that life experiences can also produce chemical effects in DNA. Similar research has been done into the effects of famine on later generations, as well as stress levels in the children of women who survived the September 11th attacks.

Chaos is around every corner if we cannot find a “home base” in the conscious mind from which to experience the world. And many of us do find ourselves in chaos in pursuit of this center from which to understand the world. Generally speaking, this chaos is due to the amount of trauma we experience at any point in our development.

The greater the trauma, and the greater the frequency of traumatic events can lead to what psychiatrists call Multiple Personality Disorders or Dissociative Identity Disorders.

The association’s diagnostic manual, DSM IV recognizes dissociative disorders as psychologically-originated mental disorders, originating from psychological reactions to trauma and the stressors of life. Schizophrenia is considered an organically originated mental disorder due to brain/nervous system/ chemical abnormalities.

The phenomenon of vastly divergent “personalities” or multiplicity behaviors contained within one physical body is not a new concept. It has been described and understood in different ways in healing communities throughout time and throughout different parts of the world. We have seen how multiplicity manifests in our different experiences of ourselves at different ages within one time frame.

One of the ways multiplicity has been most commonly understood is by shamanic practitioners and the clergy who view the phenomenon as a type of soul loss or demonic possession.

It is generally recognized that soul loss or possession takes place due to some kind of mental, physical or spiritual trauma.

This morning when I woke up I was looking at the morning headlines on the Drudge Report and by some synchronicity there was a headline that said, “Exorcism is making a comeback — and big news — worldwide.”

The article was very thorough in pointing out that there seems to be a whole lot of devilish activity happening from the courtrooms of South Africa to the cornfields of heartland America.

The article highlighted a few stories that looked as if they would be found in an episode of Supernatural – rather than real life.

A so-called ‘wave’ of drug-related satanic killings sweeping Mexico, with the alleged intention of turning the victims into vampires has resulted in calls for a ‘Magno Exorcisto’ to drive out real vampirism and cannibalism that seems to be byproduct of theistic satanic cults.

A confessed killer in Cape Town, South Africa is appealing for an ‘exorcism’ as part of his sentencing, to expel the ‘demonic forces’ that ‘made him’ behead his 15-year-old victim and sell his body parts to a traditional healer.

Aljar Swartz was convicted of killing and beheading a teenager, his lawyer asked the Western Cape High Court to facilitate his exorcism.

Lawyer Sheriff Mohamed said it was of great concern that Swartz suffered from “demonic forces.”

He asked Judge Elize Steyn to make an order that would facilitate an exorcism at his prison.

Swartz was found guilty on of premeditated murder and three counts of incitement to commit murder.

He admitted to strangling a teenager at an abandoned school on October 17, 2013. He then repeatedly stabbed him until he died.

A security guard found the boy’s body at the abandoned school. The head was later found in a shallow grave in the accused’s yard.

Swartz claimed that “demons continued to torture him and how a demon appeared in his cell as a “big, black, long lizard”. At other times, it was a demon in his chest which could easily control him.

In the U.K., a similar case was heard.

A man who is accused of decapitating his partner of 30 years has told a court he thought she was ‘a snake.’

Sixty-nine year old Dempsey Nibbs, had two children with his wife Judith Nibbs, who was from Kirkham in Lancashire.

The court heard that in April 2014, Nibbs beheaded her, before flushing her head down the toilet in an act of “pure hatred.” He said that he beheaded her because her face had changed into a snake.

Meanwhile in Los Angeles, a man attending a court proceeding for a traffic violation claims that he saw the judge turn into a reptile.

The judge, he said, was dressed in a black robe and her face was the only body part he noticed to have changed shape.

The man claims the change had to have taken about 5 to 10 seconds. It happened so fast that he doesn’t think anyone else saw it.

A listener offering me a bit of dime store numerology told me that he agrees that 2016 is the year of the devil and pointed to me the sum of 666+666+666 +6+6+6 is 2016.

There has always been a sense of alert for things that we have been warned are overt, and yet it is the subtitle and gradual wearing down of the western culture that is beginning to dig up an old standby when things get dark and evil.

Our modern culture has actually been lulled into a sense of false security because we have been told that where we live, how we worship and how we do business keeps us immune from certain types of evil.

We believe that we are safe in our homes watching the History Channel, or the highly-paid minister shouting from his pulpit that the evil men do can be found outside of the confines of the United States. Things like the Third Reich, the Bolshevik Revolution and Stalinism are great illustrations for our image and action parameters and we have this misguided belief that our literature, social sciences, and religious beliefs breed common sense and moral direction that will never put us in the cross hairs of some unexplained evil.

When I have presented shows on the claims of demon possession or unrestrained evil that created cannibalism, vampirism, or even murder being done in the name of Satan, I get told by some people that there is really no such thing as demon possession or murderous people that kill on behalf of the devil.

However, now it seems the headlines are filling up with these stories and the body count is proof enough of something evil that has been mounting in a culture that has been plagued with long-term war, threats of police state, and obsessions with the end of the world.

The world is not coming to an abrupt end; that would be too easy, but as they say the devil has come with wrath because he knows his time is short. What keeps us fascinated is the various ways entertainment has twisted true evil as romanticized and misunderstood. It is always mysterious, but we are told that it is beautifully conflicted and that if we just took the time to reason with it, we would better understand the motives for such evil.

I am starting to hypothesize that the breeding ground for evil is an environment that allows for the stealing of virtue and the support of murder and torture by state mandate. The endorsement of torture and murderous wars – without any struggles of conscience – should most certainly be a sign that true evil has come to roost and that what we once thought had immunity will now be and easy harvest for any chaotic force that wishes to use trans-generational trauma as a way to possess individuals.

Believe it or not there is a not very well-known statistic that states that 6 percent of Americans claim that they have been possessed or have had an encounter with what they perceive as demonic.

There have been reports of shape-shifting during exorcisms where humans actually mimic the motions of cobras and snakes. There have been victims of demonic possession that have vomited up nails or other metallic shards.

In ancient texts it is written that, “If one wants to discover the demons, let him take sifted ashes of an unblemished animal and sprinkle around his bed, and in the morning he will see something like the footprints of a rooster.”

You will know that demons are among you if you see shadows, dream prophetic and deceiving dreams, feel a coldness in your knees and have bruising on your body primarily on your feet.

The weird thing is that I read about these stories in the mainstream media and wonder about the trend towards a demonic world.

I am also receiving more and more people sending me recordings of what can only be describes as demonic voices being heard on their phones, and now there have been reports of emails from the dead and demonic voices heard on Skype calls.

Just today, I received a message from a concerned listener that said that he heard demonic voices over his radio when we were interviewing Benjamin Ward the man who claimed he was tortured in a Florida prison. We have received messages from listeners who have told us that they have been hearing strange audio on our internet feed. These sounds can easily be explained. But this latest claim checks out as I reviewed the audio feed and heard under the voice of H. Michael Sweeney sounds of breathing, moaning and laughing.

These sounds are chilling and unexplainable.

I have been constantly researching why this form of electronic voice apparitions are happening and there seems to be a small consensus that are saying it could be the result of telekinetic transference, meaning that paranormal phenomena is somehow being projected out and is being picked up in the electromagnetic cloud.

Beyond the voices are the visions of precognitive and retro-cognitive experiences. In the ether of the subconscious we replay all of the experiences we have had and at other moments, we have dreams that are precognitive that sometimes warn us of great danger.

Those visions that leap from the ether into our dimensional reality are apparitions, discarnate spirits, or telepathic or telekinetic impressions.

This type of hypothesis is also used to explain poltergeist activity. Poltergeists usually appear in homes where there is constant fighting or constant stress.

Perhaps the newly-found paranormal world view can all be summed up in the idea that yes, we do live in a demon haunted world and the demons are conjured up by our own thoughts and will.

The chaos that surrounds us today is literally generating an environment where demons that we once thought were imaginary are very real and appear openly from time to time to remind us that they are here to thwart the progression of mankind.

It is no longer rare to see millions of people today that are nothing more than a shell of what they once were. The metaphor of the walking dead is not lost on those who are aware of how the demonic world is very real and that there needs to be a concerted effort to try and foster a sense of peace and well-being in our lives.
