The King Absurd’O is at again with his hatred of our country and his re-writing of history. You may remember the absurd statement he made regarding Muslims who have always been part of America? Really?

Or telling us recently  that the world is now a safer place because of his presidency.  Just a casual glance at world events would reveal just the opposite as the Middle East has become a hot-bed of radical Muslim extremist who are importing their Jihad ideology to every country on this planet… but The King Absurd’O assures us the world is safer?

I could go on and it is only with great restraint that I focus on the Hiroshima speech because if I don’t I will get lost in other topics like the Transgender bathroom issue. (Listen to last nights Acceleration Radio)

Here’s part of the transcript:

Every great religion promises a pathway to love and peace and righteousness, and yet no religion has been spared from believers who have claimed their faith as a license to kill.

Why is he talking about religion here? Whose religion? The Christian religion that most Americans embrace and still do—contrary to what Obama states—that was responsible for dropping the bomb?

Is the King Absurd’O once again shaming Americans?

Here’s a short history lesson. The Japanese attacked us at Pearl Harbor dragging us into the WWII. If you want to discover how brutal and barbaric the Japanese were, read any account of the Rape of Nanking. Read the novel King Rat, by James Clavell, read about the Bataan Death March where American soldiers were killed in the most heinous and torturous of ways.

I find it both disturbing and frankly insulting to the men and women who fought in WWII, that the King Absurd’O would neglect to state this and instead point to religion.

That is why we come to this place. We stand here in the middle of this city and force ourselves to imagine the moment the bomb fell. We force ourselves to feel the dread of children confused by what they see. We listen to a silent cry. We remember all the innocents killed across the arc of that terrible war and the wars that came before and the wars that would follow.

May I once again point to the historic fact that the bomb was used because otherwise the ground war that would have to have been fought on the Island of Japan itself would have claimed hundreds of thousands if not millions of lives.

Another point to consider is this. It took two bombs before the Japanese surrendered. Think about that. Even with the destruction that was Hiroshima the Japanese were not willing to give up. It took the second bomb, the one detonated at Nagasaki, for the Japanese to surrender.

Interesting how all of this is left out of the dialogue.

War is tragic and men do the unthinkable in the face of it. The human race seems to have a great proclivity to make war. 15 years in Afghanistan and counting. Syria, torn apart with a bloody civil war and will never be the same again. The ongoing tension between North and South Korea. The saber-rattling of China in the South China Sea. The suicide bombers that ply their deadly trade almost on a weekly basis in Iraq….

War will continue until the real King returns. He will rule the nations with a rod of iron. This is our only hope.

What was written will come to pass. What was foretold will unfold. L.A. Marzulli
