I’ve actually seen this before with my own voice and eyes driving down the road before. It’s pretty wild and very impacting when it happens. Reminds me of the scene in Donnie Darko where the little sister of the protagonist is following her soul projection into the kitchen from the living room after Donnie reads the book on Time Travel by Roberta Sparrow.

This seems more misty than what I’ve seen, but the movement is very similar. What I’ve seen looks more like ballistic gel being shot from the vocal resonance through the Matrix… but idk. Ricca Day
