NEW LAW: It's Illegal to Film Cops in Illinois

In an incredible move Illinois voters, yes the voters, have made it illegal for citizens to film law enforcement officials.
What were they thinking?
Apparently not much as the bill overwhelmingly passed with 106-7 in the House and 46-4-1 in the Senate.
According to Illinois Policy,
Under the new bill, a citizen could rarely be sure whether recording any given conversation without permission is legal. The bill would make it a felony to surreptitiously record any “private conversation,” which it defines as any “oral communication between 2 or more persons,” where at least one person involved had a “reasonable expectation” of privacy.
When does the person you’re talking to have a reasonable expectation of privacy? The bill doesn’t say. And that’s not something an ordinary person can be expected to figure out.
In addition,
The bill would also discourage people from recording conversations with police by making unlawfully recording a conversation with police – or an attorney general, assistant attorney general, state’s attorney, assistant state’s attorney or judge – a class 3 felony, which carries a sentence of two to four years in prison. Meanwhile, the bill makes illegal recording of a private citizen a class 4 felony, which carries a lower sentencing range of one to three years in prison.
The ACLU of Illinois made a statement on their website:
It is good that the new eavesdropping statute enacted during the veto session generally protects our reasonable expectations of privacy in our conversations, phone calls, and electronic communications from unwanted recording or interception, and that it does so without intruding on our First Amendment right to expose government misconduct by recording the non-private conversations of on-duty government officials. The new statute does this by prohibiting the recording and intercepting of only *private* conversations, unless there is all-party consent or a warrant. So the new statute generally provides that police, informants, or other members of the public cannot record our private conversations without our permission. Also, we cannot be arrested or prosecuted under the new statute for recording on-duty government officials who are talking to the public as part of their jobs, because those conversations are not private. The new statute respects the appellate court ruling in the case the ACLU brought against the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office: on-duty police officers have no reasonable expectation of privacy in their conversations in public places.
Unfortunately, compared to the last version of the Illinois eavesdropping statute, the new statute significantly expands the circumstances when police and informants may record and intercept private conversations and phone calls without all-party consent or a warrant. We know of no evidence that the prior version of the statute, which required police to seek judicial approval, was any impediment to law enforcement in these instances. We are concerned about the expanded number of cases where no judicial officer will provide a check on police. On this basis, the ACLU of Illinois opposed the new statute.
As more and more excessive force and brutality cases are brought to light will more States adopt these laws?

Since these criminals in uniform will do harm to you and your children, remember, they also have spouses and children that will left behind in their home. Imagine if the peaceful citizens of your community visits them and asks if they can stand in the front lines with them; after peacefully explaining their fathers treasonous actions are nothing but acting as Treasonous criminals. Do you think the fathers will harm their very own loved ones and finally put down their weapons, once they see their loved ones in front of them?
They also have children, parents, brothers, sisters, etc, so knowing where all their families live in your neighborhood is vital to get these Treasonous Criminals In Uniform to Stop their Criminal Actions, and Commiting TREASON against it very own Community and citizens. The more criminal uniform officers your community can keep from the martial law scene and their Police Dept. will weaken the DC powers over your community. The Feds gave military grade weapons to each small city because these are the VERY FORCES that DC needs to keep their power over the people. If these police officers put their weapons down, all communities will be free from the corrupt DC powers, and power given back to its very people.

There corporate rules are fictional laws and they need to contract to enforce. Enforcement of these fake laws puts the corporation employees aka cops on the hook.

Whereas defined pursuant to Supreme Court Annotated Statute: Clearfield Trust Co. v.
United States 318 U.S. 363-371 1942: “Governments descend to the level of a mere
private corporation, and take on the characteristics of a mere private citizen . . . where
private corporate commercial paper [Federal Reserve Notes] and securities [checks] is
concerned . . . For purposes of suit, such corporations and individuals are regarded as
entities entirely separate from government.”
What the Clearfield Doctrine is saying is that when private commercial paper is used by
corporate government, then government loses its sovereignty status and becomes no
different than a mere private corporation.
As such, government then becomes bound by the rules and laws that govern private
corporations which means that if they intend to compel an individual to some specific
performance based upon its corporate statutes or corporation rules, then the government,
like any private corporation, must be the holder-in-due-course of a contract or other
commercial agreement between it and the one upon who demands for specific
performance are made.
And further, the government must be willing to enter the contract or commercial
agreement into evidence before trying to get the court to enforce its demands, called
statutes.
This case is very important because it is a 1942 case that was decided after the UNITED
STATES CORPORATIOON COMPANY filed its “CERTIFICATE OF
INCORPORATION” in the State of Florida (July 15, 1925). And it was decided AFTER
the ‘corporate government’ agreed to use the currency of the private corporation, the
FEDERAL RESERVE. The private currency, the Federal Reserve Note, is still in use
today.

corporate regulations called public law, statutes, codes and ordinances to

you ever agree to be arrested and tried under any of their corporate statutes?
For that matter, did you ever agree to contract with them by agreeing to be sued
for violating their corporate regulations?
