retinal-scanning

retinal scan is a biometric technique that uses the unique patterns on a person’s retina blood vessels.

Jeffrey Tucker just had an experience with Retinal scanning being used as a criteria to board a plane.

Here is his story:

...Halfway down the jetbridge, there was a new layer of security. Two US Marshals, heavily armed and dressed in dystopian-style black regalia, stood next to an upright machine with a glowing green eye. Every passenger, one by one, was told to step on a mat and look into the green scanner. It was scanning our eyes and matching that scan with the passport, which was also scanned (yet again).

Like everyone else, I complied. What was my choice? I guess I could have turned back at that point, decline to take the flight I had paid for, but it would be unclear what would then happen. After standing there for perhaps 8 seconds, the machine gave the go signal and I boarded….

There is no end to where this police state is going.  Here is my take along with additional facts on this emerging practice.

Whenever FLT (Faster Than Light) vehicles become no more complicated or
expensive than ordinary automobiles, the Airline industry is DOOMED!!

they already are considerably less mechanically complicated than motor vehicles, though as you can imagine, the computing power required is another matter

I would not submit to a retinal scan. They already have my fingerprints. My name and address, my credit card number, my ID photo, my drivers license, , my car license and make of car, my browser and operating system, my searches.

What the hell ***KING more do they want??? They already know my favorite food! DOUGHNUTS!!!

This takes all the joy out of future travel….would not waste my time for sports….but for European/Russian countries…museums, history, art, cultural travel. Isn’t the damn chip in passports, credit cards and cell phones enough. I don’t like anything about our future. Prefer 50 years ago, life was sooooooo much better. Technology was next to nothing but so what. Everything in life was easier and far more fun.
