I ran GMER on win7, & found over 1000 corrupted files….Some of the files added did not even pretend to be official with a fake security stamp. I reformatted my drive & reloaded win7. I put a pdf file reader on next bundled with chrome…I ran gmer, & the hard drive already had spyware….
I gave up & loaded Win10. It blocks GMER, since they don’t want you to know how much spying they are doing.
