Want Sex? Dump Trump!

Chandler Smith is working to stop Donald Trump by getting women to wield their influence by pledging that until Trump is defeated, they wont “date, sleep with, or canoodle with Trump supporters.” The website, Vote Trump Get Dumped and companion Twitter account @WomenDumpTrump, have collected more than 47,000 followers since launching on March 8.  According to Smith this is a humorous way to deal with a serious issue:

This is meant to be a funny way to talk about serious issues. We’re trying to get people talking about Trump’s inability to control his tongue, and what that means about his suitability to govern and to represent America to the rest of the world.

This is a tried and true method of getting men’s attention when they’re being dumb.

Both the website and Twitter account share Trump’s disgusting misogynistic quotes.

Smith is just one of a number of the women highlighted by New York Magazine’s Marin Cogan in her article entitled, “Meet the Women Working to Take Down Trump.” The others include the following:

• Katie Packer Gage who runs Our Principles PAC which produced the “Quotes” ad featuring women reading from the litany of  Trump’s disrespectful comments about women — viewed nearly 2.5 million times in the first two days.
• Liz Mair who, among other things runs Make America Awesome, which produced the ad featuring the nude picture of the Donald’s wife.
• Donna Baer, who gathers her own Trump opposition research under a website she called President Porno.

I applaud these women for taking Trump to task for his ungentlemanly despicable conduct toward women.
