Paul Ryan Rebukes Trump’s Election ‘Rigging’ Nonsense
As was pointed out earlier, Donald Trump is seeing his campaign unravel. He’s down by an average of just over five points to Hillary Clinton in a 4 way race that includes Gary Johnson and Jill Stein. He is down nearly seven points in a head to head matchup with her.
His bright idea? Say the election is rigged against him.
While the Ashby Law firm went into detail over this wild theory, Paul Ryan has issued a much simpler rebuke, but one that still matters:
House Speaker Paul Ryan pushed back against Donald Trump’s claims that the election is being rigged through a spokesperson on Saturday.
“Our democracy relies on confidence in election results, and the speaker is fully confident the states will carry out this election with integrity,” Ryan’s press secretary AshLee Strong said in an email to BuzzFeed News when asked about Trump’s claims.
Over the course of the chaotic past week since the explosive tape of Trump bragging about sexual assault was leaked, Trump has grown ever more conspiratorial, saying repeatedly in campaign appearances that the election is being “rigged” as part of a globalist conspiracy against him aimed at helping Hillary Clinton.
“This election is being rigged by the media pushing false and unsubstantiated charges, and outright lies, in order to elect Crooked Hillary!” Trump tweeted on Saturday.
Trump’s surrogates are beginning to repeat this line as well, with Sen. Jeff Sessions — a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee — telling a crowd in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, “They are attempting to rig this election.”
This is really irresponsible on the part of Trump and his surrogates. Trump has been howling about rigged systems going back to the primaries. Senator Sessions on the other hand, should know better.

The election is in fact rigged, this is not opinion nor hyperbole! The Constitution created the electoral college to choose the president.
The electoral college has been usurped by two private corporations “RNC/DNC”.. The states are charged by the Constitution to choose the electors but since the rnc/dnc have placed their POLITICAL AGENTS in positions of power via local rigged elections “and yes the local elections for the most part are rigged by the rnc/dnc as well”.
