(Before It's News)

CNN reports that in North Carolina as polls close, other than in the three counties that have had their hours extended, the race is simply too early to call. It is likely North Carolina will keep everyone up late tonight.

However, early-reporting precincts have Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton in the state. From our Townhall live reporting (viewable at the top of the page.)

However, temper any enthusiasm and/or despair. As Ed Morrissey reports at Hot Air:

And in another bellwether county, the early vote in Wake County, North Carolina has Hillary up 63/33 with roughly 325,000 votes counted. The vote total in 2012 was 486,427. Romney lost Wake by 11.
