Donald Trump is considering asking Mitt Romney to be his Secretary of State. Trump asking Romney aligns in a way with Trump asking Nikki Haley to be his ambassador to the United Nations.

Kellyanne Conway has taken it upon herself to trash the consideration of Romney, not by saying it herself, but by saying she hears it from Trump supporters:

“It’s just breathtaking in scope and intensity the type of messages I’ve received from all over the country … the number of people who feel betrayed to think that Gov. Romney would get the most prominent Cabinet post after he went so far out of his way to hurt Donald Trump.”

On Morning Joe today, people in senior positions within the transition team say Donald Trump is not happy with Conway:

“Going rogue.” That’s pretty harsh.

Nobody has any idea what Mitt Romney and Donald Trump talked about in their meeting or what was said. But in this case, if Trump wants Romney to be his Secretary of State, that’s his decision, not Kellyanne Conway’s nor the whiners claiming to feel “betrayed.”
