UK, France FMs not to attend meeting on Trump – YouTube

The special talks in Brussels have been arranged by the European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini over how to deal with the new U-S president. The British Foreign Office has announced that Foreign Minister Boris Johnson will not attend the meeting, saying it will work with the current and future administrations to ensure the best outcomes for the U-K. French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault will also be absent at Sunday’s meeting for agenda reasons. Britain and France will instead be represented by their ambassadors to the EU. European officials have already voiced concerns regarding the future of US-EU relations.
