    It would be fitting for Trump to tell them to stuff it and issue an executive order of his own.
    Which crime would Obama pardon them for? He has too many to choose from.

    you can’t pardon someone for something that they haven’t been prosecuted for.. and if you do, you’re a co-conspirator to the crimes that you knew occurred all along while pretending you didn’t know!

      Yes they can. Ford pardoned Nixon right after Ford took his place and Nixon was never found guilty of anything.
