On Monday, December 19, 2016 Donald Trump has thus far received the 304 electoral votes, considerably more than the 270 votes necessary to win the 2016 presidential election. Hillary Clinton received 227 votes.
Although not yet official until January 6th when the Congress formally declares the vote in Trump’s favor, today’s milestone guarantees his seat in the Oval Office.

Not only did Trump win the Electoral College vote, it appears from some of the preliminary numbers that Clinton has lost some electoral voter in states that she won. As hard as she and Soros and Obama and Podesta worked to flip Republican electors, it has apparently backfired on them.

If you understand the history of law in America, you will know that the 14th Amendment was passed well after the establishment of the trust between the several States and the National government. Go look at the Dred Scott decision where Dred Scott was attempting to claim being a citizen of the United States while being located within the Wisconsin and Illinois territory (also known as the Northwest Territory) and the courts ruled that there was never a defined citizenship based upon the District of Columbia or any U.S. territories as all claims to being a Citizen was based upon being a Citizen of a particular Several State of “The United States of America”.
