Breitbart Employees Demand Milo Yiannopoulos Be Fired

(Before It's News)

Oh, wow.

Things really have gotten heated over Breitbart editor, Milo Yiannopoulos’ video, where he suggested that sex between teen boys and adult men may not be such a bad thing.

Of all the vileness to come from Yiannopoulos, this may have been the bridge too far.

So far today, he has been disinvited from CPAC, then his upcoming book, “Dangerous,” was dropped by Simon & Schuster.

Now, the Washingtonian is reporting that there is an internal shake up over the comments within the ranks of Breitbart employees, as well.

A senior editor at the right-wing publication tells Washingtonian that “at least a half-dozen” employees are prepared to leave the company if Milo Yiannopoulos is not promptly fired. A second Breitbart source confirms this estimate.

This would be big.

Yiannopoulos has become a favorite with the alt-right, and many on social media have rushed to defend his comments.

Some could argue, credibly, that other than Steve Bannon, Milo Yiannopoulos is the very face of Breitbart.

“The fact of the matter is that there’s been so many things that have been objectionable about Milo over the last couple of years, quite frankly. This is something far more sinister,” the senior editor says. “If the company isn’t willing to act, there are at least half a dozen people who are willing to walk out over it.”

“Talking about young boys and somehow seeking to ameliorate concerns over young boys’ relationships with older men…I’m pretty sure everyone in the company would vomit upon hearing these words,” the source continues. “What right-thinking person doesn’t feel sick to their stomach when hearing something like that?”

This isn’t a free speech issue.

This isn’t an establishment plot to shut him down.

The video highlights his words and his attitude towards grown men having sex with young boys.

It’s my understanding, from the video, that if true, Yiannopoulos was himself molested as a young boy.

If it’s true, then that would explain a lot of his problem. He got twisted young and he’s in self-destruct mode, now.

Sadly, it’s happening on a pretty big stage.

Yiannopoulos swiftly issued a response to the backlash on his Facebook page. “I do not support pedophilia. Period. It is a vile and disgusting crime, perhaps the very worst,” he writes. He went on to denounce the videos as “selectively edited,” “part of a coordinated effort” among “establishment Republicans” to “discredit” him.

“There are rules, there is ideology, and there is philosophy in conservatism,” the senior editor says. “If nothing comes of this, we’ve broken all of them.”

He’s losing things now. Pretty big things.

If he loses his platform with Breitbart, the alt-right epicenter that birthed his celebrity, he may very well hit rock bottom.

In that event, one of two things could potentially happen.

One, he may be forced to seek help.

Or two, Donald Trump will make him a senior adviser in his administration.

For his sake, I hope he takes Door number one.

  • Hi NSA, kiss my artichoke

Whether or not he was selectively edited, he, or THEY, just shot his relevancy in the head.
    I see a falling star.
But from what I’ve seen… He shot himself in the head.
