Maxine Waters Predicts Disaster If GOP Health Care Bill Passes (Video That You Just Have To See)

Maxine Waters is being touted by some as the ideal replacement for Nancy Pelosi… and those people are actually progressive Democrats, not conservatives, but there are a lot of us who would jump on the Maxine Waters bandwagon because she would be comedy gold. If we are going to descend into a kakistocracy, we should go whole hog. Not that I’m comparing Waters to a hog. I just want to make that clear.

I encountered Waters at her very first hearing, she was a brand new member and on the House Veterans Affairs Committee. One of the witnesses at the hearing was the head of the VA’s Veterans Health Administration. Waters laid into him about the shabby state of the vocational rehabilitation program in the VA, something the Veterans Health Administration is not responsible for. Sides split and underwear was wetted everywhere as people tried to keep from laughing out loud. The VHA chief nodded politely, accepted her criticism, complimented her on her insights and moved on.

Last week Waters was a guest on MSNBC and the subject of “TrumpCare” was the topic. This is awesome on just so many levels. The semi-rabid expression Waters has as she makes her attack. The “I didn’t hear what I thought I heard” expression on Chris Hayes’s face. And the words themselves.

SPOILER TRANSCRIPT:

Take, for example, the state of Kentucky. Almost one-third of those people in that state are covered by Medicaid, and so they’re talking about eliminating 700 billion in, uh, Trumpcare bill. And so that’s no way that they can say that they’ll do more coverage than Obamacare, and so I don’t really know what they’re talking about.

700 billion people in Kentucky will lose Medicaid. Good thing they are in Kentucky, if they were on Guam they could cause the whole island to tip over.
