I would be remiss not to post the concluding paragraph to this story of how badly things can get out of hand when the government uses its force for nefarious purposes. A federal judge dismissed all charges against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, his two sons and another man on Monday after accusing prosecutors of willfully withholding evidence from Bundy’s lawyers.
U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro cited “flagrant prosecutorial misconduct” in her decision to dismiss all charges against the Nevada rancher and three others.
“The court finds that the universal sense of justice has been violated,” Navarro said.
On Dec. 20, Navarro declared a mistrial in the high-profile Bundy case. It was only the latest, stunning development in the saga of the Nevada rancher, who led a tense, armed standoff with federal officials trying to take over his land. The clash served as a public repudiation of the federal government.
The Brady rule, named after the landmark 1963 Supreme Court case known as Brady vs. Maryland, holds that failure to disclose such evidence violates a defendant’s right to due process.

Like the MSM, Levin lies about the state land being federal land. He never mentions the US Constitution’s restriction of the federal government owning land in states other than for armories, docks and shipyards and buildings required to perform their federal functions, like federal courthouses. Modern warfare justifies larger tracts of land used for military purposes like bombing ranges and land for silos, but the land that the federal government has commandeered since the US went off the Gold Standard is because the federal government had to offer something in collateral to banks and foreign governments in exchange for them buying our debt.
According to the US Constitution, the land the Bundy family grazed cattle on is state land, the Bundys knew it and that’s why they refused to pay property taxes to the federal government, though they offered to pay property taxes to the local and state government. Most people don’t know this because either they watch TV or they get their information from Deep State agents disguised as alternative-media reporters. like Levin.
