Positive proof they are blurring the photos and videos . If the images of the criminals committing their evils was that blurred then the homes , banks , stores and other places of businesses need to sue the security company that installed the survalence equipment . Heck your phones or video recorders can do a better job costing thousands less . And as far as YouTube they have cut my access off . Why ?
