This summer, the State Legislature and Governor of Louisiana passed a law that bans individuals and businesses from transacting in cash if they are considered a “secondhand dealer”. House Bill 195 of the 2011 Regular Session (Act 389) broadly defines a secondhand dealer to include “… Anyone, other than a non-profit entity, who buys, sells, trades in or otherwise acquires or disposes of junk or used or secondhand property more frequently than once per month from any other person, other than a non-profit entity, shall be deemed as being in the business of a secondhand dealer. ” The law then states that “A secondhand dealer shall not enter into any cash transactions in payment for the purchase of junk or used or secondhand property. Payment shall be made in the form of check, electronic transfers, or money order issued to the seller of the junk or used or secondhand property…” The broad scope of this definition can essentially encompass everyone; from your local flea market vendors and buyers to a housewife purchasing goods on ebay or craigslist, to a group of guys trading baseball cards, they could all be considered secondhand dealers. Lawmakers in Louisiana have effectively banned its citizens from freely using United States legal tender.

So what we can now see is the creeping implementation of cashless transactions more and more across the board, to the point where now some authorities are making it an illegal activity. We can see evidence of *electronic money* in asda and tesco where customers are encouraged to go cashless for payments. There has been a pressurised drive in the last 5 years or so for everything we do to be internet based, from insurance to shopping to banking to phone bills to businesses, you name it, they drive it onto the internet and other technologies….”all the better to see you with”

I see the current financial armageddon being used as a tool across the eu/uk/usa
to *do away with fiat money* and replace the system with an electronic internet based system which fits in very well with the technocractic vision of what they would like the world to become, absolutely totally controlled by a totalitarian technocratic authority, but do bear in mind that the core countries are USA/UK/EU, so not the whole world. You can see the same policies being implemented across these countries in tandem.

I am pleased to report that barter communities are being set up all across the usa and these other countries, an alternative system, we really do not need to be captured into their constructs. Any group of people can choose what they want to use as a currency of value within their own small communities and this is what is happening more and more as the backlash continues.
