The FEC120 offers low maintenance, quick start-up, and precise temperature control. The FEC120 uses 100% wood pellets for consistent heat and great smoke flavor. Constructed with double-walled 100% stainless steel surrounding 850ºF Spin-Glas Board ® insulation makes this smoker built to last. With five 23”x17” nickel plates shelves, smoke cook 150 lbs. pork butt, 120 lbs. brisket, 90 lbs. ribs, or 30 chickens per load.
