National Foundation for Celiac Awareness Hosts Gluten-Free Holiday Recipe Contest with $500 Cash Prize

The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (http://www.CeliacCentral.org), a national non-profit dedicated to individuals with gluten-related disorders, is running a Gluten-Free Holiday Recipe Contest with a Grand Prize of $500 cash. The contest is sponsored by Crunchmaster (http://www.crunchmaster.com), a popular gluten-free food manufacturer.

To enter, submit an original gluten-free holiday recipe to [email protected]. Entries should include the participant’s full name, the title of the recipe, list of ingredients and directions. Photos may be included in an attachment to the email. Entries must be received by Sunday, November 25, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

The Grand Prize winner will be announced on NFCA’s website, http://www.CeliacCentral.org, on Friday, November 30, 2012. The Grand Prize winner will receive a cash prize of $500, and the winning recipe will be featured in a future post on NFCA’s website. Nine First Prize winners will each receive one free mixed case of Crunchmaster’s new Grammy Crisps and Cheezy Crisps, a $36 value.

The Top 10 recipes will be featured in a free holiday e-cookbook published by NFCA. The e-cookbook will be released in a special eblast to subscribers during the week of December 3-7, 2012.
