Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. and AMB Mortgage Host Second Annual Movie Day in Support of Community Housing Innovations, Inc.

[Plainview, New York] — Giving back to the community has continually been of the utmost importance to Pamela and Joe Moshé, founders/owners of Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. in Plainview, New York. This is why, in conjunction with Robert Flower and his associates at AMB Mortgage, the company has once again hosted a “Movie Day” event for children currently living in Community Housing Innovations, Inc.’s (CHI)emergency housing units. Charles Rutenberg Realty and AMB Mortgage invited their Agents and Loan Officers to attend with their children. The event, which took place at Sayville Theatres in Sayville, New York, was held on Wednesday, February 21, during the February School Break in an effort to provide a fun vacation week experience to children across Long Island.

Per the preference of the parents, each child was treated to a screening of either the live-action “Peter Rabbit” or Marvel’s “Black Panther,” along with a beverage and popcorn. To ensure that all the children were able to attend, Charles Rutenberg Realty and AMB also contracted busses to pick up residents at emergency housing units, which includes congregate shelters and scattered sites, located across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, as far east as Riverhead.
