Perry Stone Prophecy Study Bible Ministries 2016 - Islam, the Antichrist, and Mystery Babylon

I couldn’t have asked for a Perry Stone video with a title more relevant to my book -

“Perry Stone Prophecy Study Bible Ministries 2016 – Islam, the Antichrist, and Mystery Babylon” largely covers the same topics as: Antichrist 2016-2019: Mystery Babylon, Barack Obama & the Islamic Caliphate

If you watch the video, you’ll see the focus on Islam, the Antichrist, Mystery Babylon, and End Times Bible Prophecy. But if you aren’t watching it yet: Fifteen minutes into the video we are told: “All of the end times prophecy revolves around Genesis Chapter 1 verse 14.”

For those who don’t have it memorized: “Then God said, ‘Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years;’”

We are also told “seasons” is a poor translation into English (that happens a lot) and that the Hebrew word “moed” really should be understood as an “appointed time.”

As I explained in End Times and 2019 and in Antichrist 2016-2019: “We need to realize that when our sky matches a unique and detailed description of the sky from a prophetic vision, we should expect the prophetic event to occur at that point in time. The night sky is like a giant clock – the clock God uses. We simply need to be aware of His clock, and be willing to try to tell time on it, instead of ignoring it as so many confusing and meaningless points of light. Genesis tells us it is worthy of study.”

A main argument of mine is that we have been given so many descriptions of future skies that with modern astronomical software we CAN calculate the dates of end times prophetic fulfillment. Until 21st century computers made it possible, this ability and knowledge was SEALED. In the end times it is UNSEALED, as we are close to the “appointed times.”  Many signs point to June 6, 2016 and to December 21-28, 2019. 

The Perry Stone Ministries video isn’t focused on my dates – or any dates. There is a focus on the Statue of Liberty as the Babylonian goddess Ishtar. (America is Mystery Babylon, and New York is the city that will be destroyed by fire – quite possibly in June.) There is a focus on the crescent moon and star in ancient Babylon and modern Islam. The video also suggests that the black stone of ancient Ephesus for the worship of Cybele is the very same black stone worshiped by Muslims in the Ka’ba in Mecca – where ancient pagan worship of Ba’al (Satan?) was transformed into Islam. The video suggests that Mecca, not New York, could be Mystery Babylon.

John Preacher also suggested this in his book, Islamic Antichrist. I love that book; but my biggest problem with it was the author’s focus on Mecca as Babylon. As I said in my review for the book: “While I do not always agree with Preacher on specifics (I can’t see Mecca as the great city of Mystery Babylon – unlike NY, which I interpret as M.B., Mecca doesn’t rule all nations like NY does through the UN; Mecca is not symbolized by a woman; I can’t see Muslims destroying Mecca; Jews are asked to leave the final Babylon in advance – and NY had 2 million Jews at peak, Mecca has had none; it isn’t on waters, it doesn’t dominate world finances like NY…) but without digressing too much on one topic – overall, I do agree that the parallels between Christianity’s Antichrist and False Prophet line up well with Islam’s Mahdi and Muslim Jesus… and that the end times religion Revelation teaches Christians to expect persecution and beheadings from is Islam. Preacher is also one of very few Bible scholars who understands the central role of a Pole Shift during the end of the Great Tribulation. This book is well worth the money, even after reading many other books on similar subjects.”

The Perry Stone Ministries video ends with an emphasis on Islam as the false or beast religion that persecutes Christians in the end times… Is the Islamic Caliphate (ISIS) central to prophecies of the Antichrist and End Times? We will know soon enough.
