Man Dressed as Rick James Robs Indiana Bank (Photos)

Bank robbers typically conceal their faces with masks or a pair of panty hose, but this may be one of the most creative disguises police have seen.
A man dressed like legendary musician Rick James robbed a bank in Indianapolis on Saturday, Sept. 19, according to a statement from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. The man was accompanied by an accomplice who dressed like Youngblood Priest from the classic 70s movie Super Fly.
Police said the pair entered the Indiana Members Credit Union around noon on Saturday, and demanded money.
The duo was armed and fled with an “undisclosed” amount of cash. The suspects both wore dark sunglasses, and the man dressed after the late Rick James was “5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches,” according to the statement.

The FBI is investigating the incident, Christopher Wilburn, of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, told USA TODAY Network.
