Wilmot Proviso for The Conservative Tribune reports, Saturday was the “Day of the Sun” in North Korea, a holiday celebrating the birth of North Korean founder Kim Il Sung. It’s the biggest holiday on the calendar in the hermit dictatorship.

Kim Il-sung was the supreme leader of North Korea, for 46 years, from its establishment in 1948 until his death in 1994. He held the posts of Prime Minister from 1948 to 1972 and President from 1972 to 1994.

The Day of the Sun (Chosŏn’gŭl: 태양절; MR: T’aeyang-jŏl) is an annual public holiday in North Korea on 15 April, the birth anniversary of Kim Il-sung, founder and former president of North Korea. It is the most important national holiday in the country.

I wouldn’t be so fast to judge.
Those are secondary missiles, which means that they can independently engage multiple targets. Bent nose implies that they will not collide with the parent missile when deployed. Also observe that two nose cones are bent away from each other which implies that when two are deployed simultaneously, these secondary missiles will not collide with each other.
Also means that if the parent missile is destroyed, there are 4 secondary missiles that can survive.

You’re close Sober Sailor. They are booster rockets not secondary missiles. The nose cone shape does keep them from damaging the primary vehicle when they are spent and jettisoned. The other missiles shown are submarine launched missiles…therefore no fins, since they are launched from vertical tubes in the submarine. Gary should do a little more homework before making videos about military hardware. He and his staff obviously do not know what they are talking about. It makes them appear amateur. I do like his reporting in general. That is why I hate to see him go off half cocked like this.

I decided that these are independent missiles because they also have fins.

We got our butts kicked last time we went to Korea. How soon people forget. And I’m sure the Russians would love to slip them some more advanced weapons as a thank you for our actions in Syria. Then they can just sit back and laugh at the stupid Americans get bogged down in a new Stalingrad called Seoul. The fancy weapons are useless in a war of urban attrition. Don’t grab on to this tar baby. And you better hope none of those bio-weapons get loose. And they have a ton of ‘em.

they could have ended the war in korea in one day–they didnt–usa could taken out N vietnam in one hour-they didnt-it took usa 48 hours to take out iraq with mostly conventional weapons with a committed general -N korea will be destroyed in a about 7/9 minutes with half the people dead–we all wait to see if it happens

Missile corkscrews through air making it more difficult to hit with missile defense weapons.
