It’s like seismologists giving LA an 85-99% risk of a major earthquake (LA Times, 2015). Three earthquakes “rocked California” yesterday but LA is ok. (Newsweek) Scientists are guessing.

The prophecies of Daniel (recommended by Christ, Matt  24:15) span 2500  years accurately! Governments are like beasts of prey–a lion, bear, leopard and dragon representing Babylon (Daniel’s time), Medo-Persia, Grecia and Rome.

Then the papacy grew out of Rome as the ‘little horn’ in Daniel 7, bringing us to a time of judgment with “great words” like the pope had for US Congress and the UN in 2015–verses 8-11.

Christ said end-times would be “as the days of Noah.” People were eating, marrying and scoffing when the Flood occurred. Scientists of that day probably said, “It’s impossible!”

The end-time “day of the Lord” was signaled by a rare solar eclipse on the equinox and blood moon on Passover, 2015. “The sun shall be darkened and the moon turned to blood before the day of the Lord.” Joel 2:31. Before (paniym) means facing the day of the Lord.

The Iran Nuclear Treaty was Peace and safety talk. “The day of the Lord comes as a thief in the night; when they say ‘Peace and safety,’ sudden destruction comes as travail on a woman with child” 1Thessalonians 5.

The UN theme for 2017 was “Peace, Respect, Safety, and Dignity for All” on September 21. Two days later, the Great Sign of Revelation 12 was in the sky—a never-before convergence of planets and constellations that astronomers say fit Revelation 12—a woman clothed with the sun and the moon at her feet, crown of 12 stars, bringing forth a manchild. On September 23, the sun was in Virgo, the only woman of the 12 constellations. She had the moon at her feet and a crown of 12 stars (Leo has nine but three planets were also present, and in her belly–womb area, Jupiter exited between her feet after NINE months. Only God could arrange that, but what did it mean?

Religionists who don’t understand Christ’s wedding parables jumped at the bait of an expected rapture with predictions of judgment. But God doesn’t put the “Bridge Out” sign on the bridge. He gives a warning ahead of time. The 9-month pregnancy points to this spring ‘as the days of Noah.’

The Flood came with Passover timing, (biblical time of judgment) but in the 2ndspring month in Genesis 7. 50 days after Passover is Pentecost, a memorial to when Israel was birthed as a nation and became God’s kingdom and bride, (Exodus 19 & Jeremiah 3). Paul said those things happened for our examples at the end of the world. 1Cor 10.

This offers insight to Christ’s wedding parables—God executed judgment on Egypt, a nation that killed babies, but the US has aborted 60 million. Those who don’t see a parallel may be like the last church of Laodicea described in Revelation 3–that church where Christ ‘knocked,’ ended in an earthquake that destroyed the city circa 63 AD.

Since God won’t do anything without revealing it (Amos 3), the next verse says the lion roars. It’s an earthquake because. “The Lord shall roar from…Jerusalem, the earth shall shake,” Joel 3. We might wonder why.

Trump did what other presidents promised, to make Jerusalem the capital of Israel. But we see UN, papal, Muslim and Palestinian opposition…

The day of the Lord comes…all nations gather against Jerusalem to battle. The city shall be taken, the houses rifled, the women ravished…” Zechariah 14.

The roar of the Lion of Judah will fill them with fear as Amos 3 suggests (verse 8), and not just Arabs who think they have Jerusalem, it’s a huge earthquake that brings judgment to the US, as the days of Noah–a month after Jerusalem is surrounded as Christ said, Luke 21.
 

That will be the ‘heads up’ sign of impending destruction for the US, “as travail on a woman with child,” cited above.
