Re: Pacific Gas & Electric Co (PG&E) I’m in Cali, but 2 hours below the shut off. They’re saying it’s due to High Winds. Here’s the thing, PG&E is GAS for a lot of people in my area. We have a separate electric co. Idk about the Bay Area. They actually did a test run at midnight. Here’s a list of the affected Cities that are on their target list. Marcella Stone
