Books By Prophets of Melchizedek Priesthood Found. These books may reveal new information that Vatican was hiding from the people. David Vose’s commentry on the below video “The bible says Abraham went out to meet a man named Melchizedek. The New Testament book of Hebrews says this man was Greater than Abraham and had a GREATER preisthood. Why don’t we have any writings by these Prophets and Priests of Melchizedek.”

“We do have some of their writings and this Video will disclose these writings and reveal the message of this priesthood. The Greatest Man of this Ancient priesthood explains the real reason for suffering and the teaching that we are not sinners and that the true God is not wrathful waiting to send us all to Hell. This priesthood teaches and reveals the great truths that have been lost for thousands of years! Watch here.”

Author Dieric Bouts, the older. At The Church of Saint Peter, Leuven, Belgium

According to Church of Greater God “ Melchizedek Was God’s Priest. First, notice from both Old and New Testaments that the man of mystery, Melchizedek, was a priest of the Most High God. Turn ‘low to the account in Genesis 14. During the war between a number of ancient city-states in Canaan and Mesopotamia, Abraham’s nephew Lot had been captured. He and his family and goods were carted off. One of their number escaped and brought the news to Abraham, who armed 318 of his own servants and pursued the invaders to what was later named Dan and beyond. Abraham rescued Lot and his family and returned them safely to the Canaanite cities.”

Psalm 110: The second and final Hebrew Bible mention of Melchizedek is in Psalm 110:4. The many translations that follow the Septuagint translate such; ”The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent: ‘Thou art a priest for ever after the manner of Melchizedek.’.” (JPS 1917)

Although the above is the traditional translation of the text, the Hebrew text can be interpreted in various ways, and the New Jewish Publication Society of America Version, (1985 edition), for example, has: ”You are a priest forever, a rightful king by My decree.” (JPS 1985)

The Epistle to the Hebrews, along with Josephus interpret the name “malki” as meaning “the king”, and “tzedek”, meaning “righteous(ness)” or “justice”. This interpretation is upheld by modern scholars because in the Dead Sea Scroll 4QAmram 2.3 is found the opposite name Melchi-resha (“king of evil”) for a chief angel of darkness.

Based on the detail that the word “malki” appears to contain a first-person singular possessive pronoun, connoting a meaning of “my king”, the Ramban opines that the name implies “my king is tzedek”, based on the notion that the city of Salem is associated with the attribute of “tzedek” (righteousness).

Lebanese Protestant scholar Kamal Salibi cites Arabic cognates to suggest that the words “malki zedek” can be interpreted as mouthful of offering, so that the verse begins And food the king of Salem brought out, bread and wine … The implication is to say that the king (whether of Sodom or of Salem) brought out food, then blessed Abram and El Elyon. If the Albright reading, “a king allied to him” is also accepted, this would then imply that the whole interchange was with the King of Sodom.

Theophoric association

Main article: Theophory in the Bible

Some scholars provide a theophoric association on the latter part of the name, Ṣedeq (“righteousness”) as an epithet of a Canaanite god, translating to “Sedeq is my king/lord”. Ṣedeq and El Elyon (“God most high”) may have been two epithets of the sameJebusite god, identified as an astral deity, perhaps eponymous of Salem itself: Salim or Shalem (שלם) is attested as a god, presumably identified with the evening star, in Ugaritic mythology; URUŠalim in this case would be the city of Salim, the Jebusite astral deity.

Parallel theophoric names, with Sedeq replaced by Yahu, are those of Malchijah and Adonijah, both biblical characters placed in the time of David.

Bible commentators associate Meleḵi-ṣedeq מלכי־צדק as a parallel to the king Adoni-ṣedeq אדני־צדק, with the common denominator of both being king of Salem. It has been suggested that ‘zedek’ might be connected to the Phoenician root Συδνκ = “Zedek” = “Jupiter”.

Samaritan Variance

Genesis calls Melchizedek “king of Salem”, traditionally taken to be the name for Jerusalem prior to the Binding of Isaac.

The Samaritan Pentateuch reads “שלמו” (lit. “his peace” or in contextual flow “allied with him”) in place of the Masoretic “שלם” (Salem), with the difference being the altering of the final Mem into the two letters מ (middle Mem) and ו (vav). William F. Albright views the Samaritan wording as authentic as does the New American Bible.

Regardless of the residence of Malkizedek, Samaritan tradition identified a “Salem” as a place on the slopes of Mount Gerizim which served as a blessing place of the children of Israel upon their initial crossing of the Jordan river.

The Samaritans allocate Gerizim (and not Jerusalem) as the site intended for the Temple, and thus the “שלמו” text serves an obvious sectarian purpose. Yet, it is not solely associated with the Samaritans, being found also in the 3rd- or 2nd-century BC Book of Jubilees and even in the Septuagint version of Genesis.

Um…Mormon church anyone? Beforeitsnews.com are ALWAYS wrong. On EVERYTHING. You are always wrong. It is statistically impossible to be as wrong as often as this site is. Which, leads me to believe this website is a disinformation site.

People you all need to listen to a former member of the Illuminati who was taught to meditate and open his third eye at a very young age. He was levitating at a young age as well. He will tell you quite plainly that such doctrines and practices are evil and satanic.

Indeed, he’s right to say Obama’s the Antichrist because he is so truely.

        Venturi,

If you are wondering why Beforeitsnews.com is always wrong allow me to give you some insight into the matter. Yesterday Chet insinuated that “The BIN” is nothing more than a “pulsating gelatinous pillow in a fish tank.”

I decided to test his theory and spent all night researching it only to come to the conclusion that I can’t prove “The BIN” ISN’T a “pulsating gelatinous pillow in a fish tank.”

Based on that alone I’m going to go out on a limb and just assume that “The BIN” is in fact a “pulsating gelatinous pillow in a fish tank.”

This theory can easily explain why “The BIN” is always wrong.

Folks, this is a perfect example of how confused people out there really are. Because they don’t understand the meaning of scripture they just arrogantly fill in the blanks. Please people, we are living in the end times, as difficult it is to believe most who have been duped by the persuasive fabrications of human intellect will never accept God’s promise. Pridefully the will cling kicking and screaming to fantasy, even though the truth is far greater than what they’ve imagined.

It is our nature as human beings to become defensive when our beliefs are challenged. I was the same way in the beginning. Honestly, there exists no greater provocation than to challenge a persons religious or political posturing. Ironically with both religion and politics opinions are carved in stone based on very limited knowledge of the candidates or the important issues. We have a tendency to consume only enough information to formulate the mental image we are most comfortable with. In religion that is usually influenced by what we learned in the vulnerability of childhood. We carry false depictions and doctrines into adulthood.

As God’s finest creation man has been gifted with the ability to reflect on their inner self. If we do this honestly assisted by prayer it suddenly becomes a whole lot easier to accept how compared to God our minds compare so puny. That realization is the starting point for spiritual enlightenment. It is where a contrite heart originates. Being teachable we can then begin to see beyond the darkness of prideful reverie. We can begin to truly reevaluate our human limit and misunderstandings. We can accept that man has corrupt religious doctrine, an intellectual tendency that will ultimately mislead many. Narrow is the road……We can better see how small scriptural alterations matter, noting how a little leaven spoils the whole lump. It becomes ever so obvious how the blood of the harlot runs through all of Christendom.

There is One God, One Church, One Body of Christ. Nowhere else is God present. Confusion has resulted from misunderstanding turning the water bitter. It is time to moisten your lips nourishing your thirst with pureness of truth, drinking not from the cup of sheer foolishness, but from the gift of grace. Setting pride aside, ask yourself, is it possible you’ve been misled? Think about the version of American and world history we babyboomers were handed. Were we not misled by those with a selfish agenda. Did we not collectively bite into their fabrications hook line and sinker. Think long and hard about this. What we are talking is far more important.

Now for the little bit of clarification about the story of Melchizedek:
Melchizedek was the high priest who Abram paid his tithes to. Melchizedek had no mother or father, no beginning and no end. Jesus actually began his priesthood under the order of Melchizedek. Are you beginning to get the picture? Melchizedek was God Almighty manifest in human form. He is the only God, the alpha and omega, the only one with no beginning or end. There is no other.

      This is God’s Truth, not

      Just-My-Opinion

      • RJ

Actually, read Hebrews 7:11, 7:15-16 (also Psalm 110) and several other verses. Melchizedek was not Jesus, the Holy Spirit, or God. but was a man (period). In regards to Hebrews 7:3, people miss the part of the verse that says Melchizedek was made LIKE UNTO to the Son of Man. The man simply had no record of genealogy of his birth or death, and because of this he resembled Christ in that he had a continual priesthood! This man appears in scripture, and disappears just as fast. Psalm 110 the ones whose order is after Melchizedek is GREATER! Can be none other than Christ…Melchizedek is NOT Christ.

We see in scripture that there was to come one greater than the order of Melchizedek. If this man was God, how could there have come one greater! No sir, Melchizedek was just a picture of what was to come in Christ Jesus, the Great High Priest, scripture shows the falling of the levitical priesthood and the Melchizedek priesthood to ONE GREATER!

    • The Truth Wins

The Bible tells us that Melchizedek was the high priest and king of Salem; which became Jerusalem. Only one other character in God’s Word is referred to by both titles, and that is Jesus Christ. Jesus is described as the Word in the Flesh by the Apostle John. Read John 1:1 and I John 1:1. To support John’s writings, I discovered recently that within the original Hebrew there is a conjugating term of Aleph Tav starting in Genesis 1:1 and used hundreds of times in the Old Testament. There is no English translation phrase for Aleph Tav, so it’s equivalent is left out of the various English language Biblical versions. Here is what the Hebrew phrase means:

      Aleph- strength of
      Tav- cross, covenant, seal, mark

So starting with Genesis 1:1 God’s plan for the redemption of mankind was presented. Elohim, or Creator God, is actually plural. That is why in Genesis 1:26, for example, it states “Let US make man in OUR image”. Jesus the Son, God in the flesh, existed then. Read John 1:1 and I John 1:1. I believe that Melchizedek was a preincarnate Jesus Christ meeting with Abraham.

Furthermore, Abraham (Abram then) had a chance to bow before the King of Sodom, who was a pagan. Read Genesis 14:21-22. This was after he was blessed by Melchizedek. Abram refused, much as did Jesus while being tempted in the wilderness by Satan. Melchizedek has no lineage or geneology listed in the Bible. That would mean that he was a supernatural manifestation specifically involved in the covenant between Yahweh and His chosen people (Hebrews; Jews). The Truth can be found in the Bible if one spends time reading it and connecting the message. Basically the entire text is the story of God’s gift to us, His son the Messiah; and He will return soon!

God has never left Himself without witness on the earth. At one time Melchisedek represented the Lord Jesus Christ in person, to reveal the truth of heaven, and perpetuate the law of God (Letter 190, 1905).
      It was Christ that spoke through Melchisedek, the priest of the most high God. Melchisedek was not Christ, but he was the voice of God in the world, the representative of the Father. -(Review & Herald Feb. 18, 1890). {Bible Commentary Vol. 1 page 1093.1}
      “The high priest was designed in an especial manner to represent Christ, who was to become a high priest forever after the order of Melchisedec. This order of priesthood was not to pass to another, or be superseded by another (Redemption: The First Advent of Christ, p. 14). {Bible Commentary Vol.7 page 930.12}

      Who then is Melchisedec?”
She replied… “I will tell you who Melchisedec was. He was the Holy Spirit, and a third person of the Godhead, who took the form of humanity, and represented the Lord Jesus Christ to that generation.”

Yes reverendshy I agree, not only that, Melchizedek was an emergency Son of God. Incarnated on this world of spiritual darkness to keep the light of God alive and to pave a way for Christ 2 thousand years early. When the Bible says Abraham spoke to God it was Melchizedek he was talking to.

False….Hebrews 7:11…this verse ALONE proves that the Holy Spirit / Jesus could NOT have been Melchisedec.

The “Famine Stela” of Pharaoh Djoser you make use of to connect the story of Joseph to Egypt is problematic. For one thing, the 7 year famine story was ubiquitous in the Mediterranean, going all the way back to 5000 BCE epic Gilgamesh (incidentally, this is a far likelier source of the story than Egypt). But most problematic with your theory is that the Famine Stela of Djoser was created in 5BCE (well after the time of Joseph, Moses and Abraham) – see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Famine_Stela for a nice overview. The Egyptians certainly had their mystery cults, some practices of which are allegedly still in use today in various occult sects (O.T.O. for instance). Do you really want to connect Christianity to ceremonial magic? I think you’re asking for trouble if you do.

      Obama’s the Antichrist.
I’m the One revealing him and breaking the Apocalypse.
Don’t follow the false christs who are heckling in the comments.

I’m “The One” and only I am so.
I’m the only one revealing the Mark of the Beast of 666 cursing Obama.
I’m a 45-year religious of Tibetan Tantric Buddhism, the highest form of culture in the world. The Christian Apocalypse is outside my field. But I am alone to reveal that Obama’s the Antichrist by relying upon the 666 omen found in Obama’s hometown’s Lottery, the day after Obama’s election.

Why am I nevertheless involved in the Christian Apocalypse? Because it’s linked to my own Buddhist Apocalypse prophecy Kalachakra and here is that reason: – so as also to explain away criticism from the forces who support Obama – here is the reason… I use the Christian word “Antichrist” because the Buddhist Apocalypse prophecy “Kalachakra” predicts the announced evil Demon-King Krinmati will be of partly Christian faith. The Buddhist Kalachakra will thus combat that partly Christian demon: Obama the Antichrist. Obama indeed, has a varied creed of all and many faiths which are all mixed together. The Kalachakra prophecy doesn’t predict the coming of the Messiah nor Jesus but the coming of the King of Shambhala, me.

If they existed at all, the Libraries of Alexandria would have had a copy. Unfortunately burned to the ground by the thought and belief intolerant Nazi’s,.. book burning Christians, followed by book burning Muslims. Every now and then another cache of ‘saved’ books is discovered, trouble is they are is such a poor state of preservation it takes decades of intricate work to reconstruct them before they can be read. If you are expecting a translation anytime soon, you will be disappointed.

The Bible doesn’t say much about Melchizedek other than that he was a priest and a king. He had no priests and was not a prophet.

    • Photonic

The Word goes forth and no one listens, men read then intellectualize words, phrases, meanings etc; the most ignorant seem to be the theological scholars when it comes to God’s truth. All I can say to this (for me its simple, I read the scriptures and think), there can only be ONE high priest of GOD, not two or three or more etc; The first was Melchisedec, a high priest of God most High, without mother or father, nor beginning nor end (first point); and there is only one description for that, GOD. Gen 1: 26 let us make man in OUR image and OUR likeness; GOD is plural like “Family”, therefore there were two beings or personages in the GODHEAD (later becoming GOD, the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ). Melchisedec who was one of the two personages was manifest in the flesh(but was not actually flesh as humans or the Christ would be) and began the position of the High priest of GOD most High, who when He met Abram after rescuing Lot, symbolically passed the priesthood to Aaron(and then only through his descendents), Moses brother(after Israel came out of Egypt), through Abram from which Judah, Levi and Moses and Aaron would eventually come from; thus Melchisedec then vanishes after that, but still a priest of Most high forever, yet frozen for a time until the Christ. So we had a spiritual priesthood starting with Melchisedec, then turned over to a physical nation through which to serve GOD most High. Keep in mind that there were only ONE High Priest at a time throughout the entire history of Israel and that through the tribe of Levi, down even to the time of Christ’s (through Judah by promise) first appearing.

Then we come to Hebrews, where we see the priesthood turned over to Jesus Christ after His resurrection; this happens after the order of Melchisedec, a priest for ever; lets read it:

      Hebrews 5:
1 For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins: 2 Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity. 3 And by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins. 4 And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. 5 So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee. 6 As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. 7 Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; 8 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; 9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; 10 Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec. 11 Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing.

Hebrews 6:20: Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
      Hebrews 7:
1 For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him; 2 To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace; 3 Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually. 4 Now consider how great this man was, unto whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils. 5 And verily they that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes of the people according to the law, that is, of their brethren, though they come out of the loins of Abraham: 6 But he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and blessed him that had the promises. 7 And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better. 8 And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth. 9 And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham. 10 For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him. 11 If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron? 12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law. 13 For he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar. 14 For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood. 15 And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest, 16 Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life. 17 For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. 18 For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof. 19 For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God. 20 And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest: 21 (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:) 22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. 23 And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death: 24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. 25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. 26 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; 27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for this he did once, when he offered up himself. 28 For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.

Now once again, the priesthood is turned over to Jesus Christ forever (been taken away from the Levitical priesthood), a spiritual priesthood, after the order of Melchisedec, a spiritual priesthood forever; and since Melchisedec was without mother or father nor beginning nor ending, a high priest of God forever, it becomes obviously clear that the Most’s High priesthood did a complete circle; Melchisedec preisthood(spiritual) ——–> Levitical preisthood(physical ———> Christ’s priesthood(spiritual); therefore Melchisedec = Christ, and since Christ was(and is) the WORD(John 1), then Melchisedec was the WORD filling the roll of High priest of Most High(who became the Father of Christ).

End of the matter. One more thing: The Holy spirit is not a personage but the glory and power of GOD, it proceeds from within GOD(Father and the Son), and does the Will of GOD, performs the Will of GOD. No where in the Old Testament is it inferred or said to be a personage but the power of GOD. In the New Testament likewise; however the Greeks had/have a poetic language that uses he or she in place of IT, as it does the Will of GOD and appears as it has free will. Today we often call inanimate objects he or she.

Not so much ignorant and out right liars. Especially the ones who are qualified theological scholars; there isn’t a single student who does not know the pagan origins of the literature they are studying.

If Melchizedek is not the Father and not Jesus the Word of God then if Jesus is of the same priesthood of eternity then Melchizedek can only be the Holy Spirit, Michael the arch angel leader of the Father’s angels.

Jesus tells us to baptize in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit which is indicating the Holy Spirit is a being also!
