Pope Francis: “Muslim Terrorism Does Not Exist.”
Addressing the World Meetings of Popular Movements last Friday, Pope Francis denied the existence of Islamic terrorism, while simultaneously asserting that “the ecological crisis is real.” Here’s the scoop on his agenda as it reflects a repeat of history.
From the days of Constantine, a Roman sun-worshiper whose Edict in 321 AD made Sunday the day of worship later blessed by the bishop of Rome, the papacy has been recognized by some Bible students as the ‘little horn’ that grew out of the Roman Empire to do the things described in Daniel 7:25, including the changing of times and laws.
Both Catholics and Protestants have admitted there is no biblical basis for changing the Sabbath to Sunday. “The first day” is mentioned only once in the book of Acts while the 7th day, Sabbath, is mentioned nine times and three of those times it says, “every Sabbath.”
“The Lord’s day” is found once in Revelation and is a poor translation of “the day of the Lord,” a term used 20 times denoting the end-time period, that the book of Revelation reveals. ‘The Lord’s day’ was not known as Sunday in Bible times and God said He doesn’t change, Malachi 3:6.
Millions of Christians claim the Bible as their rule of faith, but when it comes to the Ten Commandments in Exodus 20, they keep nine—overlooking the 4th Commandment on the Sabbath as a memorial of creation and given to mankind as a day of rest and renewal, for family values and to honor God with the sign that He chose for us to observe in honor to Him as our Creator, Ezekiel 20:20.
That matters not to the pope who seeks to regain world supremacy lost in the Protestant Reformation. To do so, he needs to by-pass the US Constitution that says Congress shall make no laws respecting the establishment of religion. The pope is looking for a pretext to do so that’s not obviously religious.

The sabbath along with all judaism is over(not including the 10 Commandments.) Christ changed His day from the sabbath to Sunday by both rising from the dead on a Sunday and sending the Holy Ghost upon the Apostles (Pentescost, official start of the Catholic Church) on a Sunday. Christians follow Christ, not obsolete old jewish law. Jewish old law’s sole purpose was a preparation for the coming of Christ. To celebrate/honor any part of the old law is to deny Christ.
What antipope “francis” is pushing is not Catholicism. It is jewish/masonic/Luciferian doctrine. Catholic doctrine is Scripture and Tradition both of which came from God through the Apostles and are unchangeable.

Trent, you found the only text in Acts that mentions “the first day” and the reason they assembled was that Paul was leaving the following morning.
The text in Col 2:16,17 is bad translation because, if you see the King James, the word “is” is italicized, which means it was added by the translators and it changes the meaning. It sounds like those things are just shadows and the substance IS Christ, but without the “is” that they added, It could read, Don’t let any one person just how you keep these days–the body of Christ (the local church) can decide.
If you look at the 1st text verse you cited, the previous verse says Paul kept the Feast of Unleavened Bread with Greek believers in Philippi, Acts 20:6. Why would he do that if they didn’t amount to anything? The Popes have never claimed to be “Jesus Christ on this planet.” The Popes hold the place for Christ for when He returns. They are not in place of Christ. They are bound to Catholic Scripture and Tradition like everybody else. They cannot do whatever they like. Christ can.

Replying to this one first because it’s quickest, I’m thinking your UserID CTrent stands for Council of Trent– one of the Roman Catholic Church’s most important ecumenical councils. Prompted by the Protestant Reformation, it has been described as the embodiment of the Counter-Reformation.
The text you cited says the bishop is husband of one wife (verse 2) not given to wine (does the church teach that?) Not greedy of filthy lucre (Charles Chiniquy authored “50 Years in the Church of Rome” and had high principles as a priest, so he did not go along with a land scheme of bishops and want falsely accused. Abe Lincoln defended him but it was Linoln’s death knell as stated in the book. 1Timothy 3:4,5 says “having his children in subjection…for if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?” I’m surprised that you would suggest this passage because it doesn’t seem to fit the Catholic Church at all.
When I first turned to look at your text, I got the 2nd chapter by mistake, and it says, “one mediator between God and men–the man Christ Jesus.” 1Tim 2:5. So why does the Catholic Church teach its members to pray to Mary and other saints?? It’s as phony as a $3 bill and it should be easy for anyone with an open mind to see it…

Yes, Christ is the one mediator. There would be no mediation without Him. Christians are Christ-like and, therefore, share in that mediation. We are lesser mediators with Christ at the top. If I pray for you, I am mediating/interceding.
In the Case of Mary, She is Spouse of the Holy Ghost (She conceived by Him,) and She is Mother of God the Son( Jesus.) Making Her the Queen over all of creation. Also, She was (and still is) full of God’s saving Grace BEFORE Christ was even conceived. She is the highest of all creatures in merit. So, when She requests something from God, He does not refuse:

Trent, I think God did not design the Bible to be understood only by priests and explained by them, and I think most people, when they read that the bishop should be the husband of one wife would get the idea that bishops weren’t polygamists, but they were married.
The other texts you cite were not specifically referring to the bishop, and 1Cor 7:8 to be unmarried as Paul was because he thought the time short (verse 29) and that he would be caught up to be with the Lord (1Thess 4:16,17) but he was shown that it wouldn’t come (2Thess 2) until a falling away (apostasy) where a man of sin would sit in the time as God and one of the pope’s official titles is “Lord God the Pope.”
Those are the “great words against the Most High” by the ‘little horn’ in Daniel 7:25 that all the Protestant Reformers understood was the papacy, growing out of the 4th beast–the Roman Empire as it fell.
There is so much that becomes clear from a candid reading of the Bible that it is no surprise that the papacy did not want it to be read and people that did were at risk for their lives in the Dark Ages of papal supremacy.
If the movable type had not been invented by Gutenberg who made the Bible very available, and for the courage of Luther and the New World being discovered by Columbus, true Christianity would probably have been extinguished by the beast seen in Rev 13:1, which is an amalgamation of the 4 beasts in Dan 7 as each power assimilated the nature of the kingdom it survived and the papacy survived them all, but had the “deadly wound” of the Protestant Reformation in verse 3.

If I read a certain bible passage and my neighbor reads it and you read it, it’s possible for us to come up with 3 different interpretations. Who is right? The one that the Bride of Christ, the holy Catholic Church, agrees with. 1000′s of protestants have created 1000′s of folds against Christ’s One Fold. That is what the Church precisely wanted to avoid.
“Lord God the Pope” is a protestant invention/perversion. No Pope has declared himself God. As I have written before, the Pope has restrictions. He can make/remove disciplinary laws and make infallible pronunciations, but they have to be inline with Scripture and Tradition. He holds the place FOR CHRIST, not in place of.

#6. A worldwide, (universal or catholic) church, verse 15.
#7. “Mother of Abominations” verse 5. This is applicable if one considers Islamic murder of Christians is an abomination, and all these clues were foretold in Revelation centuries before a pope or Mohammed.

Thank you for clarifying your view that the Vatican has been taken over and you represent a call out. I see this is so for ALL organized religion including the one I grew up in.
The issue is that there is more against tradition in the Bible than there is for it, if you’ll use your Catholic Bible to see Mark 7:3-13, for example, you will see FIVE references to tradition that go against the commandments. In the test of how to live, we should go by what is written in the Bible if there is a conflict between churchmen and what the Bible says.
You cited Christ’s words to the dying thief, “I say to thee, this day thou shalt be with me in paradise.”
Please understand that the Greek had NO punctuation, and if you will move the comma over two words, it says, “I say unto you this day, you shall be with Me in paradise.”
Christ didn’t go to paradise that day—He told Mary on Sunday morning He had not yet been to the Father, John 20:16,17.
The idea of an eternally burning hell was hatched by your church to get money for praying people out of hell or purgatory (a word not found in the Protestant Bible). Hades simply meant the grave. In your Catholic Bible, look at Ecclesiastes 9:5. It says,
For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.
Those who “channel” to talk to their departed loved ones are talking with evil spirits who can personify them to deceive. While in medical training in a psych ward, I had a patient whose “departed loved one” said it was great in heaven, please join us so he tried to commit suicide…
Churchmen have twisted “the wages of sin is death” that you quoted into “the wages of sin is to live forever in torment” which does not show the God of love that I serve.

If the Greeks had no punctuation then their writtings would be a continual run of sentence and make no sense. There is no reason for Jesus to include the word ‘today’ in what He said. What it comes down to with this is, do you believe in the Trinity? Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. 3 Persons, One God. Undivided unity.

Your Douay version has comments like the Scofield Bible that interprets the text (telling the reader what to believe rather that letting the reader consider the plain sense of the Word.)
Here is a good example. It says, “In vain do they worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.” Matt 5:9. But the Catholic Bible teaches the rules and ordinances of the holy church…are no ways repugnant to, but highly agreeable to God’s holy word… BECAUSE THEY PROCEED NOT FROM MERE HUMAN AUTHORITY; BUT FROM THAT WHICH CHRIST HAS ESTABLISHED IN HIS CHURCH.
Can’t you see that if the 10 Commandments say not to make any graven image and the church is full of them, that they have twisted the meaning? And God rested from His work of Creation on the 7th day and commanded it as a memorial of His Creative acts in the 4th Commandment, but the church in Rome changed the day when a Sun-worshiper, Constantine wanted to honor the sun and the bishop of Rome blessed it in spite of God saying it was a sign between Him and His people (Ezekiel 20:20) and God also said, “I change not.”

Rome’s act of rebellion and calling the pope “God” (official title, Lord God the Pope) is the “great words against the Most High in Daniel 7:25 which also says it (little horn that grew out of the 4th beast, Roman Empire) would change times and laws and persecute the saints. The Protestant Reformers were willing to die for their faith and it seems quite clear to candid investigation that the papacy is antichrist, not against, but in place of Christ—praying saints and confessing sins to a priest where the Bible says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins and to cleanse us…” 1John 1:9. There is not mention of the priest here.
But because the system is false, they are not cleansed but continue in their sins like pedophilia, homosexuality, etc. And the church is soft on this because it’s full of abominations (Rev 17:5) and hence the call to come out, Rev 18:2-4
