The original Athanasian Creed of Christianity
(note: the word “catholic” below with lower case “c” means “universal”)
Whosoever will be saved, before all things it is necessary that he hold the catholic faith. Which faith except everyone do keep whole and undefiled, without doubt he shall perish everlastingly. And the catholic faith is this: That we worship one God in Trinity, and Trinity in Unity, neither confounding the persons, nor dividing the substance.
For there is one Person of the Father, another of the Son, and another of the Holy Spirit. But the godhead of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, is all one, the glory equal, the majesty co-eternal.
Such as the Father is, such is the Son, and such is the Holy Spirit. The Father uncreated, the Son uncreated, and the Holy Spirit uncreated. The Father incomprehensible, the Son incomprehensible, and the Holy Spirit incomprehensible.
The Father eternal, the Son eternal, and the Holy Spirit eternal. And yet they are not three eternals, but one Eternal.
As also there are not three incomprehensibles, nor three uncreated, but one Uncreated, and one Incomprehensible. So likewise the Father is Almighty, the Son Almighty, and the Holy Spirit Almighty. And yet they are not three almighties, but one Almighty.
So the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God. And yet they are not three gods, but one God.
So likewise the Father is Lord, the Son Lord, and the Holy Spirit Lord. And yet not three lords, but one Lord.
For as we are compelled by the Christian verity to acknowledge each Person by Himself to be both God and Lord, so we are also forbidden by the catholic religion to say that there are three gods or three lords.
The Father is made of none, neither created, nor begotten. The Son is of the Father alone, not made, nor created, but begotten. The Holy Spirit is of the Father, neither made, nor created, nor begotten, but proceeding.
So there is one Father, not three fathers; one Son, not three sons; one Holy Spirit, not three holy spirits.
And in the Trinity none is before or after another; none is greater or less than another, but all three Persons are co-eternal together and co-equal. So that in all things, as is aforesaid, the Unity in Trinity and the Trinity in Unity is to be worshipped.
He therefore that will be saved must think thus of the Trinity.
Furthermore, it is necessary to everlasting salvation that he also believe rightly the incarnation of our Lord Jesus Christ. For the right faith is, that we believe and confess, that our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is God and man; God, of the substance of the Father, begotten before the worlds; and man of the substance of his mother, born in the world; perfect God and perfect man, of a rational soul and human flesh subsisting. Equal to the Father, as touching His godhead; and inferior to the Father, as touching His manhood; who, although He is God and man, yet he is not two, but one Christ; one, not by conversion of the godhead into flesh but by taking of the manhood into God; one altogether; not by confusion of substance, but by unity of person. For as the rational soul and flesh is one man, so God and man is one Christ; who suffered for our salvation, descended into hell, rose again the third day from the dead. He ascended into heaven, He sits at the right hand of the Father, God Almighty, from whence He will come to judge the quick and the dead. At His coming all men will rise again with their bodies and shall give account for their own works. And they that have done good shall go into life everlasting; and they that have done evil into everlasting fire.
This is the catholic faith, which except a man believe faithfully, he cannot be saved

What Does YHWH (Yahweh) the True Almighty Require of you?
Mic 6:6 How shall I come before Yahweh, and bow myself before the exalted Mighty One (God)? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old?
Mic 6:7 Will Yahweh be pleased with thousands of rams? With tens of thousands of rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my disobedience? The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
Mic 6:8 He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your Mighty One (God)?
Can you tell the difference between a man-made god and the True Almighty Creator?

If you could explain your religion with one sentence what would you say?
It’s what the Hebrew Bible says in Ecclesiastes 12:13,
“To sum up the entire matter: fear the Mighty One, guard His Commandments, for this is the whole duty of Adam-kind.”
Now I don’t want to jump to a conclusion but are you excluding the New Testament as part of the fear of the Mighty One? I’m not sure I am hearing you say anything about Yeshua in you web; even though you call him the Son of Yahweh.

This passage in Ecc. has nothing to do with the Greek NT. It is the conclusion of the writer, likely Solomon. As for calling Yahshua a son of Yahweh, are not all of those that do the will of Yahweh sons of Yahweh?
For according to Yahshua:
Mat 12:50 “For whoever does the will of my (Yahshua’s) Father who is in heaven, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.”
So if all those that do the will of Yahweh (i.e. keep the Commandments) are the brothers, sister and mother of Yahweh, are they not then also related to Yahshua as his brother, and sister, and mother?
Yahshua is not our “God,” he is directly related to us, as a brother. . . . . if we become part of the heavenly family by doing the will of Yahshua’s Father, Yahweh then is also also “our heavenly Father.” By obedience (not by faith) we become members of Yahweh’s (our Father’s heavenly household).
That’s a hard road to follow. As I am confronted with eternity someone more righteous than I will need to be my advocate before Yahweh. Specifically He will need to stand in the gap on account of my great depravity and probably more so regarding my good works.
We just don’t realize how sick we are.
One question then for you; how do you justify the many years of depravity present in your past and what good works will now encourage Yahweh to except you as righteous?

There is only one THE Son of God, and His name is Jesus Christ.
I’m sorry Yochannan, but the spirit compels me to believe in Jesus the only begotten son of the Most High God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob and his word. Not catholic faith, not the baptist faith, not the Muslim faith, not the Methodist faith, etc, etc.,.
When asked what church did Jesus start, the humbling answer was no church. He walked among the people gathering followers and preaching among them. After his sacrifice for us on the cross, his disciples were sent out to do the same as they walked among the people and preached the word. They did not build buildings to do this in, and call them a church. The people were the temple, the people were the church and in my humble opinion holds the spiritual connection through which we are more likely to commune with God through his word.
So Beef, are you saying that Yahshua never called anyone using derogatory names like “snakes” or never lost his temper and began destroying the property of others while on the Temple grounds, or never pissed off the ruling authorities to the point of getting himself executed on a Roman stake for inciting insurrection among the Yahudi citizens??

The whole point to Gal 3:20.a mediator is NOT A MEDIATOR OF ONE, (HEIS) but GOD IS ONE. (HEIS) again, point blank, identifies the number of persons of God! The “but” points out the contrast between multiple persons in a mediation party v the “one” of God. (3) THE FEW CHOSEN: Those saints who were alive in group #2 who are now physically dead. They died “faithful” these are the FEW that were chosen faithful…….Rev 3:5. ……; and I
will not BLOT OUT HIS NAME OUT OF THE BOOK OF LIFE, (Ps 69:28) …. These are the FEW that are CHOSEN and now that they have died and are saved then “once saved THEY CAN NEVER BE LOST”
