The call was traced by the Gilberton police to a pre-paid cell phone purchased and activated anonymously.
The death threats are the latest development in months of ongoing harassment and intimidation being waged by government against the Chief to pressure him to stop his legal, constitutionally protected legal activities.
In addition to being a notorious gun rights advocate, Chief Kessler founded a civilian militia formally as the Constitution Security Force (CSF).
The CSF consists of a coalition constitution abiding of members of law enforcement, military and citizens who all vow to meet any attempts by the federal government to forcibly disarm the public with force.
In response to the threats a 120 member group of nearby members are on standby to come to the Chief’s aid.
The CSF has now spread to 38 chapters in 38 states dedicated to meeting any attempts by the federal government to forcibly disarm the public with force.

A few weeks ago, Chief Kessler informed Before It’s News that he was repeatedly being harassed by what was described as non-marked gray and black helicopters which were routinely flying over his house, over his car on the way to work and over his police station.
Those flights started after federal law enforcement officials contacted Chief Kessler at the Gilberton Police station to question Chief Kessler about his activities and Chief Kessler told the agents to contact his attorney after which the agent’s never showed.
Last week Before Its News reporter Alexander Higgins joined Arch Angel in Pittsburg to do an exclusive report on the training being given to those who volunteer for the CSF.
Soon after the Before It’s News exclusive video report on the CSF training went viral online, an unmarked military striker vehicle was parked blocks from Chief’s station in attempt to intimidate him.
In response, being the Chief of Police, Kessler rightfully approached and questioned the men in the vehicle who asserted they were just resting while passing through town.
Several days later the Chief informed Before Its News that the striker vehicle were still parked in the same place with armed military personnel still present.
Coincidentally, helicopters began flying over Alexander Higgins soon after last week’s interview with the CSF trainers.
After repeated incidents a video recording and an article detailing the flyoovers was posted online.
