Back in the late 80′s, I was working in a juvenile detention center.
To clarify, I helped clean their kitchen exhaust system, as part of a family owned an operated cleaning company.
When we arrived to do our cleaning, they would put the place in lock down.
Just as the city/county jail facility would do.
While entering with our cleaning equipment, I saw a man roughly escorting a girl, 14-16, best guess, out of a door with no window.
