Sonar doesn’t have resolution you idiot. The first image has been photoshopped using the emboss function. Sona can also get distorted by shoals of fish, sea mammals, sea weed, any thing solid in its path. The decoder is digital, ie it only uses 1/10th of the available data on the screen or print. Most sonar images look blocky as a result, especially after being enlarged. The photo images have no scale reference. They could be tiny pebbles or massive structures or a stage set in someones fish tank for all we can tell. No buildings would be intact after being submerged for that long, for a start all the timber would have been eaten away long ago. The roofs would be missing, not intact. The only sure way to find out is to go there physically and look with your own eyes.
