Good job but you have only scratched the surface of the incredible fraud and treason being committed each and every day by thugs in black satanic robes who sit on a higher plane, the bench and pass judgement over living people by tricking them into assuming the role of trustee by inflicting on them with thru fraud and committing the crimes of both Personage and Barratry against the unsuspecting victim standing before them to accept the roll of a corporate fiction and then assuming the roll of executor and enforce his or her own sentence by accepting their offer of liability from these corporate con men who need to make the CEST TUI QUE TRUST whole again as they have charged it, which is fraud and want you to foot the bill.
In some jurisdictions that will get you a capitol crime sentence.
I too have filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction on a traffic ticket and raised a ton of legal issues backed by case law and United States Code, the executive administrator aka man or woman impersonating a public official or judge which they are neither will want to deal with on the public record.
It is a 14 page motion and includes 8 pages of authorities, aka case law. I guess we will see how it plays out.
the entire judicial system including lawyers and attorneys swear oath to the crown not the United States of America. Oh I forgot…..there is only The United States Inc., owned by the Crown of England and we’re sold slaves to France. Won’t find that in the history books!
It’s my observation the judge never reads a filing but just yawns as he looks at it and thinks not another one as he sleepily goes through the motions of stamping it.
