Bethlehem’s Sands Casino is undoubtedly equipped with the most lucrative table games room but still it seems not satisfactory for the management. It is lately learned more expansion is on card at the cost of about $40 million.
It is reported Sands will be expanded the size of two football grounds housing separate poker room and restaurants too along with other features.
If believed to Bethlehem’s Department of Community and Economic Development, Sands will be having the biggest casino floor in the state after its expansion.
Further details are yet to be revealed officially but it is said the expanded Sands would open up valuable space for more table games like craps, roulette and blackjack.
According to filed plans with the city it is learned the new infrastructure to have a multi-level, nearly 100,000-square-foot expansion on the north side of the casino. This mean it will add up about 35,570 square feet more for gambling space.
Sands CEO Mark Juliano meanwhile didn’t confirm the project and said, “We’re not prepared to comment on any plans.”
However, Bethlehem’s 2015 audit released earlier this week reveals table games expansion at $40 million, reports Gclub.
