Pushpanjali Hospital provided free OPD due to the recent currency withdrawal nationwide

Gurgaon: Pushpanjali Hospital, a leading healthcare centre in Gurgaon decided to take an initiative in helping their patients during the recent decision by the centre to withdraw Rs.500 and Rs.1000 currency notes back from the economy.

The patients who came to the hospital today did not have 100 rupee notes, so we decided to offer free consultation to our patients. Around 200 patients have availed this facility of free OPD till now. Pushpanjali Hospital puts their patients as the first priority and to ensure that the patients do not get stuck in between all the chaos, we decided to accept the cheque as well.

On this occasion Dr. Satya Prakash Yadav, President of Urology Society of India north Chapter and MD & Sr Urologist, Pushpanjali Hospital said that, “We at Pushpanjali Hospital believe in serving our patients first. Due to the recent state of affair we offered to provide free OPD services to approximately 200 patients today who did not have Rs.100 notes. We don’t want to compromise our patient’s health in any form due to the unavailability of cash right now; therefore we are even accepting cheque from our patients. Further decisions on the same will be made depending on the situation tomorrow.”

The entire team of Pushpanjali Hospital is dedicated to provide the best of health care facilities to their patients and ensure that no hurdles ever come in between their treatment.
