Explanation: 
X-ray amorphous material includes volcanic glass and organics (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amorphous_solid ).
The 30 to 75 percent X-ray amorphous material cannot have come from meteorites, as only two meteorites were found in Gale Crater, Mars. The x-ray amorphous material is unlikely to be mostly volcanic glass, as there is no volcano in Gale Crater, Mars. So, the X-ray amorphous material should be mostly organics that resulted from biology rather than abiogenesis (see http://wretchfossil.blogspot.tw/2016/12/questions-about-organics-found-all-over.html )
