Apollo 16 Remote Viewing Alien Spaceship Crash Site

Austin, TX–TRANSCEPTION INCORPORATED, an R&D company that uses a team of professional Controlled Remote Viewers to discover, appropriate and adapt technology existing in the state of nature, has submitted a formal letter of recommendation to the NASA Adminstrator (Charles F. Bolden, Jr.) that the crew of Apollo 16 be nominated for award of the Congressional Space Medal of Honor, on grounds that it made contact with, and surveyed, a “shipwreck” on the surface of the Moon during its EVA-3 in 1972.

Included with the submission to the NASA Administrator is a sequence of video clips showing six professional CRVers remote viewing (under standard CRV single-blind protocols) the debris field surveyed by the crew of Apollo 16, with the viewers describing various aspects of the target site, including technology, terrain, “biologicals”, “people”, their plight, etc.  As evidence, the recommendation referenced enhanced and reconstructed images that were originally downloaded from NASA’s official Apollo 16 website and included as Exhibits in the recommendation’s Appendix, all of which clearly show a “shipwreck” and its debris.

For those unfamiliar with remote viewing, the US Defense Intelligence Agency had a secret program for twenty years that used military officer and enlisted personnel trained in Controlled Remote Viewering to obtain information about people, places, objects, events, etc., because there was no other means for obtaining the information sought. The DIA’s program was known as “Project Stargate”. TRANSCEPTION’s Controlled Remote Viewing team that participated in the Apollo 16 EVA-3 technology transfer project included six professional and two trainee CRVers, with two of the professionals being retired members of the original Project Stargate team.
