Epithelium Found in a Martian Meteorite

Many news media reported that geologists found an ovoid in a Martian meteorite: http://www.space.com/26895-mars-life-nakhla-meteorite-structure.html
The ovoid contains a Martian animal’s fossilized epithelia:
Ten red lines go to cuboidal epithelial cells’ remains still articulated to the ovoid. The ovoid was cut in longitudinal section. For comparison, see this diagram of epithelial cells:

Red box: a portion of an ovoid found in a Martian meteorite. It was possibly a longitudinal portion of a Martian animal’s duct. Red circles in (a) and (c): remains of cuboidal epithelial cells. Such cuboidal epithelial cells were also seen in Fig. 9 of wretchfossil.blogspot.tw/2013/08/structures-of-epithelia-…

Upper right (Image b): the oval structure with “fibrous layers” was another epithelium. Red arrows point to its epithelial cells. No geological process could have formed the black dots (nuclei) in the cells.
Lower left (Image c): Red circle contains remains of a few epithelial cells. Such epithelial cells were also seen in Fig. 5 of wretchfossil.blogspot.tw/2013/08/structures-of-epithelia-…

Image b: shows the large ovoid magnified to 1,300X. Three red arrows point to remains of epithelial cells with nucleus (black) at the center. No geological process can form such black dots (nuclei) in the epithelial cells. 
Images d and e: No purely geological processes can form such filaments with spheres of 60 nano-meters. They are not asbestos.
