During his 370 days in space, astronaut Don Pettit assembled a portfolio of star trail images, infrared photos, black and white landscapes from space and numerous other bits of visual space intrigue. Now, he is sharing his other-worldly images of Earth in “Spaceborne,” a new coffee table book. Featuring a foreword by Apollo 12 moonwalker Alan Bean, “Spaceborne” presents the view of Earth from space using techniques that Pettit pioneered.
