Revelation 11
The Two Witnesses
1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty [and] two months.
Beginning at the 5th Seal which is the Great Tribulation the gentile Beast power shall have control of Jerusalem for 3 ½ years, but – NOT them that worship “therein – the temple” — the Saints are the temple of God. Those that “worship therein” are not “given” unto the gentiles to tread under foot. God’s saints are not taken into captivity.
3 And I will give [power] unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred [and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
The two Witnesses shall prophecy for 1260 days but are killed during the 2nd Woe which is the 6th Trumpet of the 7th Seal. See verse 14.
They lie in the street for 3 ½ days before being taken up and then there remains whatever time is required for the 7 Last Plagues to take place and the 7 Last Plagues are in the 7th Trumpet of the 7th Seal. The 7th Trump is the last trump of the 7 Trumpet plagues of God!
4 These are the two olive tree]s, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
Are they standing before Satan, who – IS – the god of this earth, they are “confronting” the god of this world? The Creator God is God of the heavens “and” of the earth.
5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
The 2 witnesses will travel – at will – throughout the entire world and if any would try to stop them, the two will devour their enemies with fire.. and the two will come directly before the Beast and the False Prophet just like the first two witnesses Moses and Aaron came before Pharaoh.
Pharaoh is a forerunner, a “type’ of the Beast as Moses is a type of Christ, Moses is the physical forerunner of the spiritual i.e. Jesus Christ and Egypt represents sin thus the children of Israel came out of SIN.
The final two witnesses will, as did Moses and Aaron, cry out “Let My people go”. The remnant of both the house of Israel and the house of Judah will be in captivity for 3 ½ years beginning at the Abomination of Desolation.
The two witnesses will go to the Captives and teach the captives –the reason- they are in captivity –because the physical House of Israel has refused to obey GOD. The 144,000 and the Great Multitude are brought to repentance and are taught God’s WAY by the two witnesses.
6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
The Witnesses Killed and Raised
7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
In a legal proceeding the witnesses testify against the accused, the two witnesses will testify against the Beast, the false prophet and Satan, when their testimony is complete the Beast kills them.
8 And their dead bodies [shall lie] in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, – where also our Lord was crucified.
Jerusalem is symbolically a spiritual type of Sodom and Egypt because it is and has been filled with sin.
9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.
The ‘breath’ of life; physical life; not eternal life ‘entered into them’. God’s spirit did not raise them from death to immortal life. The breath of life entered – they are still flesh and blood. The word for spirit means spirit, wind and breath. They will not precede those in the first resurrection but will join them in it.
Revelation 15
8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and — no man was able to “enter into the temple”, — till the “seven plagues” of the seven angels were fulfilled.
The first resurrection can not take place until after the 7 Last Plagues are poured out thus the 2 witnesses can not be resurrected to immortal life as yet, they will not be resurrected before the rest of God’s Saints but will join with all the HOLY ONES of God rising to meet Christ in the air.
12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
They went in a cloud up into the sky. It does not say to God’s throne and it does not say where they are to be taken just that they ascended up to heaven in a cloud. There are three heavens; the clouds are in the first heaven still considered earth.
This event occurs as the 6th Trump (2nd Woe) ends: verse 14 states the 3rd Woe which is the 7th trumpet is next.
They are killed and then come back to life before the 3rd woe i.e.before 7th trump is even opened which means they have not prophesied for 1260 days.
Will they begin before the abomination of desolation? They must prophesy for 1260 days.
13 And the same hour ( at the very time they are taken up) was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
This is Jerusalem where the 2 witnesses are to be killed thus – AS- they rise a great earthquake destroys 10% of the city of Jerusalem and 7000 die. Who gave glory—since it is over run by the gentiles then it appears the remnant of the gentiles were afraid and acknowledged God. The Jews are in captivity.
The 2 witnesses are taken up in a cloud at the end of the 2nd Woe which is the 6th Trumpet of the 7th Seal. And it is AS the 7th Seal “opens” that the 144,000 are sealed with God’s Spirit. The 2 witnesses will have completed teaching the 144,000 and they now become the last of the converted Firstfruits of God. Rev. 14: 4.
14 The second woe is past; – [and ], behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
The Seventh Trumpet IS the 3rd Woe.
15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying:
“The kingdoms of this world are become [the kingdoms] of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. “
The 7th Trumpet is the time the kingdoms of earth will become the Kingdom of God and THE Kingdom of HIS Christ.
16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
The 24 Elders are not men – verse 18 states; “now is the time of the dead”. The 24 Elders are at God’s Throne in Heaven before the first resurrect had occurred — and no man has or will ever come to the Throne of All Mighty GOD in the third heaven. The 24 Elders are angelic beings.
17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art , and wast and art to come ; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
18 “And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and –—
–the time of the dead, –that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give “reward” unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; —–
—and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. “
Verse 18 states “It is the time of the Dead” — “time to give reward unto thy Saints”!!! The time of the FIRST RESURRECTION And to destroy them which destroy the earth.
The enemies of Christ are destroyed in that Battle of that Great Day of God All Mighty at the return of Christ to this earth as King of kings.
The 7th Trumpet announces the return of Jesus Christ and the first resurrection — and– the 7th Trumpet contains the Seven Last Plagues which will be poured out upon the gentiles and these plagues fill to the full or complete the Wrath of God.
It is at the end of the 7 Last Plagues as the 7th Plague is poured out that Jesus Christ returns and the First Resurrection takes place.
How does God reward His servants?
With positions of authority ruling with Jesus Christ on His Throne as kings and lords.
At His return, Christ brings positions as kings and lords with which He rewards the Saints of God and they will rule with Him for 1000 years on the earth. Revelation 5: 10; 20: 4 -6. Christ is KING of kings and LORD of lords.
Now! All “7’ Seals have been opened, —and at the end of 7th Trump (the last trump) found in the 7th Seal – NOW – IS — the time of the dead —— all 7 Seals have been opened — AND NOW the dead are to rise to immortal life in the FIRST RESURRECTION.
Where is the rapture??? All 7 Seals have been opened.
No pre-tribulation, no tribulation rapture nor post tribulation rapture has occurred and here we are at the end of the 7th Seal and at the end of the 7th Trump (the last trump) as the 7th of the Seven Last Plagues is poured out —the dead in Christ are raised from death which IS THE FIRST RESURRECTION!
Those waiting for a rapture — are waiting in vain.
Revelation 15
Seven Angels with Seven Last Plagues
1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
The Seven last Plagues fill to the full the Wrath of God, these 7 finish and complete God’s Wrath on the gentiles.
8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and — no man was able to enter into the temple, — till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
The first resurrection can not take place until after the 7 last plagues are poured out.
Revelation 16
17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial — into the air; — and there came — a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, —- saying, —
This is the Return of Jesus Christ and the First Resurrection.
At the end of the 7th Seal which is The Day of the LORD
At the end of the 7th Trump:
all 7 Trumpets are The Wrath of God;
At the end of the 7th of the 7 Last Plagues – Jesus Christ returns meeting the Saints of God in the clouds and Christ and ALL the Saints then set foot on the Mount of Olives.

51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye,– at the last trump:— for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality.
Our corruptible flesh and blood bodies must be changed to incorruptible Spirit; to the very SAME incorruptible Spirit body as our Savior Jesus Christ – Phil. 3: 21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body,
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
55 O death, where [is] thy sting?
Paul is speaking in 1 Corinthians 15: 51 – 55 of the first resurrection of God’s First Fruits. At the return of Jesus Christ the Saints of God are Born Again into immortal spirit with the same “spirit” body as Jesus Christ.
Philippians 3: 21
21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be — fashioned like unto his glorious body,—- according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

(3) THE FEW CHOSEN: Those saints who were alive in group #2 who are now physically dead. They died “faithful” these are the FEW that were chosen faithful…….Rev 3:5. ……; and I
will not BLOT OUT HIS NAME OUT OF THE BOOK OF LIFE, (Ps 69:28) …. These are the FEW that are CHOSEN and now that they have died and are saved then “once saved THEY CAN NEVER BE LOST”

I read this paper with considerable interest. Since we are commanded to prove all things as seen in I Thessalonians 5:21, I began researching verses presented here along with many online resources. First I tried to find “rapture” in the Bible and could not. Then I tried to prove to my satisfaction that Christians, or members of the church, are promised either a pre-tribulation or post-tribulation place of safety. I could neither.
However, I did find some conflicting verses. First in Matthew 24:9 after Christ is asked by the disciples for a sign of his return. Speaking of the church, Christ warns “Than shall they shall deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you: ye shall be hated of all nations for My name’s sake”. This does not sound like a place of safety and certainly not delivered up in the heavens out of harm’s way.
Next in Daniel 7:21 I found a similar reference “I beheld and the same horn (little horn that overtook three horns in verse 20) made war with the saints and prevailed against them”. The saints are persecuted and there is no place of safety or rapture to save them.
Now in Revelation 13:7 speaking of the end time beast power “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations”. How can you be raptured to a place of safety and also be killed? Not physically possible!
I also looked at Ezekiel 5:12 in other end time prophecy which says “A third part of thee shall die with the pestilence, and with famine shall they be consumed in the midst of thee: and a third part shall fall by the sword round about thee: and I will scatter a third part unto all the winds, and I will draw out a sword after them. No exceptions are identified here, or in verses before and after verse 12. This means that no rapture has taken place at this point.
In my last verse I went back to Revelation 6:9 which describes the fifth seal and the beginning of the Great Tribulation “And when he had opened the fifth seal, under the alter the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held”. This surely speaks of the saints, or those within the church, if they were slain for the word of God. Again, how can you be raptured and be slain.
In closing, I think the rapture is a recent invention of modern man with no sound basis for documentation from the time of Christ forward to present day. I further think it is a demonic deception and was created to give those believers who experience the last days a false sense of security and when it hits the fan they curse God for not being raptured and loose their faith. A clever plan by Satan himself because he knows he has but a short time. When you are deceived you do not know that you are deceived. I am not falling for the rapture doctrine.
