New Moon in Gemini – Healing and Realigning in a Time of Great Unrest

With Pluto moving through Capricorn, we are all on a collective level reshaping our emotional relationship to life. Alignments during the last lunar cycle have provided us with opportunities to find better and more empowering connections to others, our communities, and ourselves, and to be more present with ourselves, our interests, our desires and our ideas. But through this personal and collective reality shift, we have also been shown a deeper perspective of our most painful and traumatic experiences. As a new awareness of our own traumas and triggers emerged from this process, we began to re-evaluate our self, our identity, our values and our ideals, bringing much mental unrest.

Although this process has been challenging for most, it has given us a valuable opportunity to begin integrating the unconscious and the conscious; to examine and heal the deepest aspects of our emotional self that were locked away in limiting beliefs, and to discover a new inner identity that is free of outer attachments and labels. We have the understanding we need to feel deeply into our most emotional experiences, to objectify, heal and transmute those wounds, traumas and complexes that still affect us in the present moment, and to release them with self compassion and without judgment.
