(Before It's News)

Hines Ward & Ed Reed talk about their old battles. ESPN likes Pittsburgh – shocker. Fat Ben will probably play, or so they say. Mike Tomlin is still worried about Joe Flacco. The Ravens OL looks to get healthy.

How We Play Football in the AFC North

Ed Reed & Hines Ward talk about Ravens/Steelers together for The Players’ Tribune. An awesome read. My favorite part was this:

That was a “reputational” flag. Haha. From years of those little Hines Ward cheap shots.

I used to refer to Ward as simply “Cheap Shot” when writing about him, so it warms my heart to hear my favorite player talk about “Hines Ward cheap shots,” which is, of course, exactly what they were. Hiney also has some good stories about getting booed in Baltimore, on planes, in hotels, and more. Go read this. And pine for the days when Ravens/Steelers got you this pumped up.

The Ravens are desperate for an OL that can keep Joe Flacco clean and keep the footsteps out of his head. Hopefully that starts Sunday.
