Broncos Hire the Coach of the Furture

Vance Joseph has been hired as the Head Coach,filling the vacancy with Gary Kubiaks retiring to tend to his medical needs. He is a very established Coach and he is a Coach who is a Players Coach. He demands your best abilities. And he is very enthusiastic about the opportunity. And I hope Wade Phillips is brought back as DC. And the assistance Coach he wants to fill that spot could serve as an assistant DC under Phillips. He would get really good training working with Phillips and Wade would get some of the load off.

And Elway is considering hiring either Mike McCoy who left as OC to take a opportunity as Head Coach for the Chargers. The other one is Bill Musgrave who was ths OC for the Raiders. He developed David Carr into a very good QB,and if Carr hadn’t suffered a broken leg,the Raiders could have made a big factor in the AFC Playoffs. Either Coach woukd be a great OC. And Mike Shannon would have made a great HC too, so I hope he has gets a HC opportunity in the NFL. So now we wait to see to see who Joseph assembled as the Assistants Coaches. Hopefully he retains several AC currently on staff as they are great Coaches.

Now we wait to see who Free Agents they bring onto the team. And the Big Board for the NFL Drafting. The big needs are on the OL and DL.They have three choices in the 3rd Round to sweeten up any deals in the Draft. So the first Big Hurdle has been cleared, so GO , Go Broncos and put together a Team that will be a great factor in the AFC and NFL in 2017.
