Terry Bradshaw doesn’t regret describing Steelers coach Mike Tomlin as a “cheerleader.” But he admits he should have used a different word, Michael McCarthy of the Sporting News reports. The Steelers legend kind-of, sort-of walked back his controversial comments about the Super Bowl-winning Tomlin on Thursday’s episode of “The Herd with Colin Cowherd.” Appearing with “Fox NFL Sunday” colleague Howie Long, Bradshaw admitted: “I probably shouldn’t have said cheerleader.” Bradshaw also called Tomlin a “stand-up guy.” At the same time, Bradshaw thought Tomlin made a mistake responding to his comments.
