Anita Moncreif is a former ACORN worker, turned whistle-blower. She is filing a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) against the Obama campaign and their work with ACORN. She is also releasing the campaign's second quarter donor list, which, according to Moncreif, Obama refused to release. He gave the list to ACORN, who then reportedly used it to raise money.
