New York, NY - A Spokesperson for Representative John Murtha has confirmed that Murtha has been hospitalized due to complications associated with a surgery to remove his gall bladder.  The original surgery took place last week and Murtha was admitted back into the hospital in the last 24 hours with unconfirmed complications.  He is in the intensive care unit ICU of The Virginai Hospital Center in Arlington.

The former star of Boston Legal, Justin Mentell, has been killed in a car wreck in rural Wisconsin.  Reports are that he died when his vehicle went off the road and he was found dead of his injuries in a collision with two trees.  Justin Mentell was 27 years old.
