I know that Modern traditional thinking or a new theology states the mark of the beast is come kind of outward mark or bar code, but the Bible stands in complete opposition to such false marketing from the Antichrist system which employs the deception. If we allow the Bible to define its own use of words, the beast according to the Book of Daniel is a political and religious earthly power which uses civil authority to enforce its religious doctrines. Daniel 7:17,23. The Mark then would be its Mark of Authority to rule in Gods place in the Earth and if you obey its authority out of free will, you have taken its authority to rule your mind and actions over the Word of God, claiming a new god has authority over you mind and the works of your hand "action upon belief" show who you obey "Jesus unto righeousness" or sin (mark) unto death. And sin is the transgression of the Moral Law given by Jesus Christ. I have been researching about the mark of the beast for 36 years now!! As I first gavem my life to Jesus Christ 36 years ago by reading an end-time book called, "The Late Great Planet EArth," by Hal Lindsey!! And when I read this book and gave my life to Jesus then; I immediately starting studying the books of Matthew through Revelation!! And the mark of the beast will be a chip because it has to have the ability to retain a whole lot of information about its recipients and it has to be trackable. And the Verichip Company could very well be its maker and distributor!!

The Mark of the Beast, has to do with your character in whos authority you will abide by, The Word of God which is the Law of God, (Ps 40:8,119:11) or the instruction of Righteousness or the traditions of man which change the Word and use civil laws to enforce or force the free will conscience of man to follow after them. The Battle is over the mind of what you think, (Governments will become puppets of a Religious master controlling both Civil and Religious life of everyone all done in the Name of Jesus Christ) for what you think your actions are shown by your hands or the works of your behavior. The mind is the seat of authority which governs your hands. Or people do what they believe, so it you have the Lord in you, He is the teacher of Righteousness which is the Grace of God to live right out of faith or a willingness to follow the Lord in all matters of faith by the Word of God alone. A Mark is a symbol of that power to which it rules the people, or why they may follow. A beast in the Bible according to Daniel 7:17,23 is a civil Power or a government which uses force to keep the people in check or to follow after them. A ruling Monarch or President as we have today, A Mark of the U.S from its foundation was "A government without a king" but a Republic all ruled under Law, to which a system was instituted to enforce this. A Church without a Pope in which they left Europe to flee from Papal persecution, a People to worship God by their conscience of free will not enforced by a Government to force you to believe the state religion as was Europe. So the Mark of the U.S. is Freedom of individuals from the Majority of the people which may gain power to use force to follow after them. The Mark of the U.S. is Liberty both from Monarchy and religious dictatorship or the force of ones ideas upon you. - Life protecting Individual freedom to protect life, liberty property. That would mean that the Lord has then a Mark or sign of Authority ruling the mind of His Redeemed, the Lord instituted Government to protect his people from this type of persecution so the Beast would be trying to reverse by instituting false teachings to keep people in known transgression of the Moral Law and use the Law or laws to follow after them. Like you cannot pray, This power creates lawlessness to show the need of revival but to force to keep the Law by Government systems. They will recreate moral Kaos by a media to live however you want, strange but true.
