Nicaraguan hackers hit Costa Rican presidential Web site
A hacker managed to put up a Nicaraguan flag on the principal website of the Costa Rican government on Nov. 4. "A Nicaraguan was here," some of the text said. Instead of photos of the Costa Rican President Oscar Arias was the Nicaraguan flag, with the words "We recognise the sovereignty of Nicaragua in the San Juan river!!! President Arias... Hacked by nl. Granada, Nicaragua."
The Web site, www.casapres.go.cr, is currently down.
