Hats off to her bravery, standing up against the big corporations, government and banks! I seen a video of her earlier speaking about her husband was working for BP in the cleanup and that he was not allowed to speak about the situation in fear of losing his job. America and the rest of the world, Its time to stand up against these animals!

BP is a PARTNER with this administration... this is just part of the PLAN to destroy America...Obama is our enemy within.

Only a clueless and uninformed ideologue would attempt to link BP's (years of environmental disregard) with this administration. Dolt !

Most all governments in any country in the world are run by people chosen to do what's right for the large corporations that run the world... Here in the US it doesn't matter if the Republican or the Democrats are in power; to the large corporations they're all the same as they know that politicians will do what they're told to do....

I want to know who this woman is. No info online, has a lot of "convenient" interactions with the press. Her endgame is forced evacuation.....why trust the Govmt with this as well, why not just encourage people to leave? I think she may be a shill/plant and should not be trusted before we know more about her. It seems fishy she is the only one magically letting out intel about the GOM. Remember her endgame...forced evac. Why not voluntary evac? Lets see, if forced, its difficult to not end up in a FEMA camp where no one can present arms. This makes people "subjects" and not "citizens".

I think there is a suspicious lack of intel about Mrs. Arnesen. Look at her "end-game"---forced evacuation. Why trust the Govmt to do this well if she just said they screwed the GOM situation up? I would not trust her as she is unverified and is far more acting like a shill or plant than a concerned citizen. Why is forced evac a problem? If the refugees head to a FEMA camp, they will not be allowed to have any firearms. Hmmmmmm. So are they citizens or subjects at that point? Can they turn around and try a different route? Hardly. You end up with 20 million displaced subjects at the mercy of the Govmt. Why not just give people accurate intel and encourage voluntary evac? Watch the video again and do the math...it does not add up!

My gut tells me this woman is the real deal. You just can't fake emotion like that. She is enraged about what is going on. I have also heard similar reports from other people in those areas on forums. We are seriously in trouble when everyone becomes suspicisious of everyone else and no one trusts anyone. Use common sense.

To Jethro Bodine: My gut says she is for real. She is not acting like a shill. She is acting like someone who is really concerned and enraged about her life falling apart around her. Those aren't emotions that are easily faked. And I get the feeling that she is just now waking up as well, which is why she seems to still have that lingering trust for the government to help her.

to A.K., I want to believe like you do, and of course I agree with you and her that there is a cover-up. In 35 years of professional speaking, I have been blessed to judge dozens of speaking competitions and have rarely seen such talent in a non-professional speaker. No "um's", no pauses, no looking at the papers, always scanning the audience, proper inflections, etc, etc. For a self proclaimed newbie to the speaking scene, it just does not add up. Further, why would the powers in the Gulf choose her? Why would she be so important? These are valid questions and observations. Again, look at the desired outcome: evacuation. Why not get the word out to leave on their own? I have already facilitated getting my friends out of harms way, why hasn't she?
