Steroid Use is Widespread Among Public

A personal trainer claims steroid use
is widespread not just by athletes,
but by almost everyone who looks buff,
both male and female.

“People will admit to cocaine use, rape and murder before they admit to steroid use.”

How often have you seen these perfectly chiseled godlike muscular men that could challenge our most famous comic book super heroes?

Have you thought to yourself, “I want to look like him and be as strong as him, but the reason you don’t is because of the hard work and years  that go into an extraordinary physique.”

Truth be told 99% of the time you are not looking at hard work. You’re actually looking at the effective capabilities of steroids. I have been in the health and fitness industry for eight years both in the gym as a personal trainer and in the hospital, observing every kind of surgery imaginable. It’s time we shine a little light and truth on the subject of steroids.

Steroids are an illegal performance enhancing drug that makes you mentally and physically stronger in every aspect. Banned and tested for in pretty much every organization in the world, or so they say. It makes your dick smaller, causes acne all over the body, excessive body hair , and the oh so famous “Road Rage”. Well let me be the first to tell you that everything you thought you knew on the subject is misconstrued or a lie.

Why is it that no one admits to using? The answer is simple money. They are always trying to sell you something: nutrition products, fitness programs, sports entertainment and most of all lifestyles. So if admitted how they look so immaculate, you would just go and do what they do.

If you are natural, it is physically impossible to put on more than 8 to 15 pounds of lean muscle mass in a year. So your average motivational story of “I put on 50 lbs of lean muscle this year”, you guessed it, he’s on steroids.

Another reason for the secrecy is they are under sponsorship. They need to produce results and it’s damn near impossible to compete against these super humans. They don’t produce or if they open up about their use, they lose everything. Plus, their reputation will take a huge hit.

Even I cannot reveal who I am, even though I don’t and never have been a user. For fear of what this can do to my reputation I must stay anonymous. People will admit to cocaine use, rape and murder before they admit to steroid use.

SIDE EFFECTS

There are staggering side effects to steroid use, both physical, mental and internal. For men, I have witnessed hair thinning, hair loss (hence why a lot of athletes are bald or look to have thin hair), increase in mass due to weight gain of organs (because organs are muscles as well and on steroids all muscles grow) which generally will cause cancerous tumours . The voice also tends to deepen and gain more base.

Yes your testicles will shrink to the size of raisins but will return to normal size after you no longer use if you recover properly.) However, the penis itself will grow permanently and significantly in size (if proper precautions are taken when coming off steroids).

Sex drive will also increase. However, the prolonged use of steroids will leave you with erectile dysfunction (unable to get it up), leaving you with an impressively large but unusable Johnson, as well as making you impotent and unable to have children.

For many of the athletes I’ve trained, it will happen after a period of time or right away depending on the person.

Another popular and emphasized side-effect is the oversized chest, that once steroids are discontinued, literally turn into saggy deflated breast.

Along with it comes the infamous lactating which happens either on or off use. What happens is as you introduce a large foreign hormones, in this case testosterone, your body naturally increases other hormones to match the testosterone levels, such as estrogen. Once the large amounts of testosterone are removed it takes a while for the body time to begin reproducing naturally (if at all).

During this period your body has naturally increased your estrogen levels to match your levels during steroid use, so logically it as well takes time to go back to its original levels. During this time is where you will notice the worst kind of side effects, because estrogen levels are so high, you will literally start turning into a woman.

So all the muscular hard muscle your made will become soft (withers away), the large Johnson you acquired actually begins to shrink extensively permanently, muscle tissue in the chest diminishes while becoming soft and more breast like. Obviously, this is when the lactating can happen.  In addition, users suffer radically reduced immune system, mental/emotional issues, erectile dysfunction, extreme hair loss, among many more , the list goes on and on.

WOMEN

Another rising trend is the use of steroids among women. When a woman takes steroids, she is introducing a larger amount of male hormones into her body, so she is making an unconscious decision to become a man. Yes she will notice a significant growth in muscles/performance but the side effects are more noticeable.

First thing she’ll notice , which will happen within the first week, hair loss/thinning on the head, hair growth on the body (facial hair, chest, back, arms), the soft features in the face become more manly (adds an aged look), and infertility. Other effects include the loss of breast tissue giving a manlier looking chest( do not grow back even after discontinued use), the clit will begin to grow tremendously , no exaggeration, not to mention it will always be throbbing, erect and sensitive.

Some of my female clients who have used for a prolonged period have clits the size of 3/4 of your pinky to give you a visual idea.  Generally within a month it should grow to roughly around the size of a pea or larger. Like men deepening of the voice of occurs losing any high pitches in the speaking voice to a more male like voice (Adams apple growth).

So evidently, when you introduce a large amount of hormones into the body, other hormones rise to match it, so once the user discontinues use more side effects kick in. Due to the complete lack of testosterone and a major spike in estrogen, the muscles will diminish, will gain a lot of body fat pretty quickly, immune system will drop, lactating, mental/emotional issues, and this list goes on.

ROID RAGE

Another side effect which is among the most popular is the infamous ” Roid Rage” . What is roid rage, it is when a user become emotionally agitated and becomes overly aggressive , then proceed in exaggerate manner. For example the WWE wrestling superstar Chris Benoit, who killed his whole family, then took his own life, due to effects of steroids. That was an extreme case, but generally ends with someone getting severely hurt, including the user. In lames terms it is a berserk like rage that can be set off from as little as a glance in their general direction. Now this is not necessarily true for everyone, steroids amplify your emotional/mental state by a million. So if you’re a happy cheer person, you will be even more so, will most likely be loved by all and the life of the party. However, if you are normally sad or even the slightest bit angry person, you will become utterly depressed or a rage monster getting angry and starting fights for the most trivial of reasons.

I once had a competing body building client who was using and the only time he was happy was when he was in the gym, other than that he was downright miserable. On several occasions he would come in looking like he had been crying for days. He looked at me and said as soon as I had left here yesterday, I began to cry, cried all through the night until I walked through those doors just now.

So as I mentioned earlier, it does not affect everyone the same way, there are some who are happy/carefree ,and with steroids become loud and obnoxiously happy, which can be annoying but not a bad thing. It really does amplify all your emotions sometimes making you a joyful person, sometimes a douchebag (in the sense of the word), sometimes something worst.

INTERNALLY

Now internally, what happens to a person on steroids. The right answer, the worst things imaginable. They have a absurd amount of side effects internally, tumours, cancer, organ problems/failure, plaque buildup in heart & arteries, every kind of hormonal imbalance (which can have effects of immune system and cell production), it literally rots the inside of your body alive. What people don’t know is that it instantly begins destroy your from the inside, from the moment you introduce it into your body, and none of these are nowhere near reversible. Unfortunately I’ve had the displeasure of witnessing this first hand several occasions from friends and love ones.

During my short time in school I was given the opportunity to sit in on a cadavers dissection, naturally I chose to observe the dissection of very muscularly fit young individual who had died of a heart attack. He was in immaculate shape and look to be in his early 30′s, I was ecstatic to see what make a man of sorts tick. Upon further inspection of the body, I was horrified to see tumours the size of baseballs attached to every beyond oversized black organ in the body. It became clear that he died from the effects of steroids at a very young age. by the end we must have pulled out 15 tumours, the heart had outgrown its cavity space making it hard to function properly (not to mention the heart and arteries were clogged), the liver and kidneys were pretty much rotten to hell, making it hard for this now deceased individual to filter anything when he was alive.

Last year, I lost three friends to heart attacks/strokes; this year one lost his kidneys, was given a transplant. All are and were recognized personal trainers. It is these side effects that make the drug horrifically dangerous. It happens, from what I have observed, within two to four years. I’ve witness countless friends and loved ones within the fitness industry destroyed by steroids, everyone of them stating they were smart and it would never happen to them.

If your going to write a piece on steroids and its effects on the male and female body, use proper terminology, not your usual misogynistic slang.
